What to include in a medical kit has long been debated, and probably won’t end any time soon. We all have our opinions, thoughts and suggestions for what you should pack.

 

 

There are things that we feel should be absolute musts in your medical kit, and you may think we’re wrong, and feel that instead of one item choose another.

I would also add smelling salts.   Add a sense of humor to the situation too if possible. 

A couple of shots of alcohol to keep nerves calm???
