Finally! Someone in America has the balls to put in print what many of us have been thinking all along about trials for Gitmo jihadi inmates.

This article from Family Security Matters, written by retired First Sergeant John Bernard, captures exactly WHO we are dealing with concerning those occupying those cells in the Gitmo facility in Cuba.

Still Arguing for Civil Trials for the Uncivilized!


Every once in a while, I am questioned about my stand on one element of this ongoing debate or another and the question is almost always couched in such a way as to bring discredit to this particular viewpoint. I find that interesting in general because I am not thin skinned and because this argument is not difficult to follow. Because it is not difficult to follow, it forces people to consider their true nature and their true allegiances.

I have always maintained that my sole concern is for our Warriors. This is not some misguided plea to protect Warriors from the dangers of warfare, it is in fact an attempt to protect them from the negligence and agenda of those in our own government. So when I receive the occasional hand wringing diatribe that so often allies the hand wringer with the enemies of this nation and our Warriors, I feel compelled to 'chew butt'.

What follows is an answer I gave to one such person who is morally conflicted about the handling of prisoners at Gitmo. Of course she has no particular moral conflict with the way our Warriors are treated by their own government, foreign prosecutors, the national media, the lies perpetrated by dirt bags hiding behind the doctrine of Taqiyya and left wing nut cases that are looking for any opportunity to help dismantle this country.

As Follows:

First of all; there has never been any actual evidence of 'abuses' of the dirt bags being held at Gitmo. The only thing there has ever been is unfounded accusations generally levied by someone on the left trying to push their agenda or someone with an ax to grind.

Second, and most importantly; we are talking about 'people' content to cut the heads from their 'enemies' and in general anyone who doesn't agree with them or take a knee to their demon god, Allah. These people are not covered by our Constitution because they are not Americans. They are not covered by the Geneva Conventions because they do not represent any nation or its people and they do not wear a uniform. The 'non-uniformed' clause in the Geneva Conventions is generally accepted to mean protection for civilians. By definition, civilians do not involve themselves in armed conflict and certainly not by siding with unrepentant murderers.

The only people still arguing for the 'entitlement of respect' of these dirt bags, are those arguing from the safety and sanctity of their well protected American homes - protected by the very Warriors they so easily cast to the wolves while denigrating this country and its foundational underpinning.

These 'people' cross borders and do harm to any and all as they and their religious ideology see fit. As such and with the support of my prior two points; they should expect no quarter from any sovereign nation or it's government or their armed forces.

The whole bloody argument over Military Tribunals versus Civilian Court is a straw argument based on a faulty definition of who these dirt bags are and how they 'should' be covered by our Constitution. This argument is generally levied by those in our society lacking intestinal fortitude and who believe in one big happy world - without borders.

So for those who may be reading this who think that way, listen up; this is a world of sovereign nations, with flags, unique systems of jurisprudence, a well identified citizenry and borders. Any person(s) who desires to do harm to the citizens of this nation - of their own accord or in accordance with the doctrines of their demon god should beware...governments do not 'bear the sword in vain' (Romans 13). If you/they want to test the sanctity of this nation and this government, you/they deserve to be treated as no better than a piece of rotting meat! The elected 'leaders' of this country should get their confused thoughts in alignment with this as well.

This should always have been done in a Military Tribunal and EVERY piece of evidence garnered - by whatever means it was gathered, should be admissible. These 'people' deserve nothing, should expect nothing and their 'supporters' need to consider who and what they are; citizens of this nation or allies with unrepentant, ideologically motivated murderers.

You are correct.   At the time these videos were produced, Barrack Hussein Obama appeared qualified to hold the post he held at the time.  It was later and after 8 failed attempts of re-defining the Constitutional Requirement of "Natural Born Citizen"   that times became uncomfortable for the self proclaimed Kenyan.     

It was not his birth certificate that was the REAL issue....  it later turned out to be the fact that Obama's Father was not a US Citizen.   That fact and that fact alone disqualified Obama from the Constitutional Requirement that Both Parents Must be US Citizens at time of his birth in order to qualify as a Natural Born Citizen.   (The key requirement in our Constitution Article 2, Section 1, clause 5)

Obama's Father was NEVER a US Citizen by his own words and therefore unqualified to hold the office in which he now sits!!

 

The video we are witnessing was produced during a time in which he was fully qualified for the Senate Position he then Held.   It was Later that this Video Became a liability and contained damaging data for the at the moment  SELF PROCLAIMED KENYAN WITH A KENYAN FOR A FATHER!!!

JM this video is not the real deal. First time I seen it several years ago, I thought it was, but it is a video that has been altered. Note, you never see a close up of his lips when important things are being said. I forget all the ways people showed us how to recognize bad edits in videos.

You may very well be right.  On the other hand, if this "series" of videos is not on target I would expect a vigorous rebuttal with Proof that it is not valid.  How bout we demand the same proof that I was required to provide when I entered the Armed Forces, again when I applied for a Passport and again When I became a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Civil Air Patrol (Air Force Auxiliary).

To remain silent while producing from the White House a semblence of a Birth Certificate that has been suspect of an extremely Poor Forgery, Twana is nothing but portraying the apitamy  of Arrogance. 

 

Unless proven otherwise I must take these videos at face value as the words of Obama as spoken.

Let us ask Obama to provide proof otherwise rather than you and I speculating!!!

In "Dreams From My Father", Obama announces the fact that his Father was a Kenyan under UK Citizenshio at the time of his birth.   Those are the words in his book and in the Video as well.

To qualify as a Natural Born Citizen, BOTH Parents MUST be US Citizens at the time of his birth.  Obama's FATHER was never a US Citizen as  confessed by Barrack Hussein Obama and included in "Dreams From My Father"......     

The above Facts today are Indisputable.  

Now that we know what we know...  why do we not hear any of these questions directed towards the Imposter at any of his Many Press Conferences and Government Funded Fundaisers???

JM I know what you say about Obama is true. Sorry I pointed out the truth of the video edits. We have plently of factual evidence to remove him (if congress would do their job) we don't need things like this video. But, whatever, defend it or don't........ it's your choice.

This is  well said. The ' people ' who set out to bring harm & destruction, have it in their minds to do so & it is also in their minds that they are committed to that end even to the point of their own ' sacrifice ' to their causes. We saw the same thing in RVN, my father saw the same in Korea & WW2, although, in those wars, the combatants commonly wore a recognizable uniform denoting a real,military service for their counties. Not so in the last few fanatical efforts. In RVN, we saw the youngest children selling cokes-that would blow up when the pop-top was pulled,ball point, US Government pens, purloined & rigged to blow up, poisons used, snakes,any manner of a device that would impair our missions. These were very young kids, some were orphaned, some were sold by their parents-with no more regard than common merchandise, some were kidnapped & forced to labor & fight by the ' good '-socialist/communists. THIS is the face of the enemy. Make no mistake, the enemy knows Americans are ' softy's ' when it comes to kids. Their leaders teach hatred of everything not pertaining to their twisted, inhumane, ideologies. Villagers are forced to comply with demands for food & supplies, manpower,etc. Some villages were destroyed, the regular folk's livelihoods ruined, & forced to flee to search for another-probably temporary-spot to settle, for only a season, before they were caught up again. THIS is the face of the enemy. There is no gain, or  'feel-good' policies by any administration, that will ever justify the sacrifices our soldiers make, when we receive little, or no backing from an ungrateful, insolent 'Commander-In-Chief', who we look to for guidance, reassurance & support in the duty we are sworn to uphold. No, the Gitmo ' people ' do not deserve any special treatment in the form of prosecution in our courts. They are nothing more than gangsters. They did not sign anything resembling the Geneva Convention, & they do not recognize it, or its intents. This makes it convenient for them to engage in ruthless & barbaric acts that have no place in a world, that, for an overwhelming number of nations, has advanced light years away from the 7th century.  There is no point in extolling the virtues of the 9th century Islamic advances in medicines,& mathmatics, they have chosen a path that will ultimately lead to their own destructions. Their very culture breeds discontent & violence resulting, as The Way to solve all differences, even in-fighting among their own, many factions. Modern & rational societies will never accept their precepts. They will not accept change, because that only means that those who control those types of cultures will lose their power & their control. So, military tribunals (of possessing countries) should apply to soldiers and POW’s based on the Geneva rules when in uniform or based on natural born citizenship rules when in uniform but not part of the Geneva convention and/or not in uniform (=sharia should be applied by UCMJ on muslim terrorists even if they were in uniform, including gitmo and our present from hell POTUS)… USA soldiers are part of We The People, and in the event one must go to a court under USA jurisdiction, only USA military tribunals with The Constitution in its basis should be acceptable.
