Acupuncture or Exercise for Arthritis?
As the 27 million Americans who have osteoarthritis know all too well, finding lasting relief from debilitating pain, stiffness and decreased mobility can almost become a full-time job. While traditional painkillers and anti-inflammatories can deliver a much-needed respite from discomfort, a lot of people don’t wish to ingest these things on a daily basis.

You are welcome! I never would have believed how valuable acupuncture is if it hadn't happened to our son and some of the improvements were visible. Unfortunately, a lot of the medical community are morons and don't recognize how important and valuable this science is, and another group which are often board certified surgeons of one flavor or another are afraid of it because it reduces their incomes. Too bad! They need to be more concerned for their patients than their BMWs and such.

Doing everything i can now to help this pain cause its KICKIN MY ASS for the last 2 weeks! OMG hurtin so bad in both arms and knee! Doc gave me 2 shots in both shoulders and put me on steroids 2day but not helping. Ive had this since i was in ththe 10 or 11th grade! Ostio and rheumatoid

Kim, I'm sorry you have that.  I've just developed in the past few years arthritis in my spine.  Boy does it stink.  I'm 11 months away from having Medicare, so not much can be done for it, I guess.  But going to the D.O. tomorrow anyway, perhaps he can refer me to a specialist?  What would that be, a rheumatologist?  Orthopedist?  Do you know?  Will pray for you.  Ariel

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
