What else did Jesus say Tawana? Since every word of our Lord is pure as he cannot lie; Jesus Christ specifically said "till all these things be fulfilled". from his birth to Revelation 22:21. As stated in Matthew 24:34-36:
"Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till ALL THESE THINGS be fulfilled.
Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
When God begins to fulfil prophecies, he will make an end. There is a certain series in the works of providence, as there is in the works of nature. The signs of the times are compared with the prognostics of the face of the sky (Matthew 16:3-4):
"And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas."And he left them, and departed."
This is reemphasized in the Gospel of Mark 13:31-33:
"Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and THAT hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is."
Instead of quibbling when the End of Times happens, will happen, is or isn't happening; what WE ALL should be concerned with RIGHT NOW....is how close or how FAR are we from Yahweh, WHEN OUR OWN PERSONAL "End of times" happens.
