The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom

Sgt. Jason M. Swindle, 24, of Cabot, Ark., died Sept. 20, in Panjwa’l, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when he was attacked by a rocket propelled grenade while on mounted patrol.
Swindle was assigned to 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.
Correction: September 22, 2012 -- Sgt. Swindle's cause of death has been updated from injuries suffered when he encountered enemy small arms fire to injuries sustained when he was attacked by a rocket propelled grenade while on mounted patrol.

Swindle and all the people who have been senselessly murdered for no other reason than they are serving their country! May he rest in peace. And as well for Lance Cpl Buckley, 21, who was murdered by a 24 yr. old Afghanistan "trainee." These attacks from within on our forces MUST be STOPPED!! If this administration cannot stop this, what good are they? Buckley had a pistol while he was enjoying some exercise on base and the murderer had an AK 47. Buckly and two other Americans were murdered on the spot. The murderer was arrested by Afghanistan Police even though this took place on an American base. The murderer is also rumored to have been RELEASED! God help our military always, but particularly under this regime which is sympathetic to every nation but our own!!
