  • How true.
  • Two good books to keep on hand in Costco wherehouses....one is from Field and Stream on Hunting, Fishing, How to aim, shoot and skin; with some First aid and what to do if you get lost...etc....the is the same size and should be in the same location on the rack on SURVIVAL scenarios Wilderness, Rural and Urban.....each book goes for about $16.00.

Another good book to have in your library "Ranger Handbook".  If you don't have it, if you had it and it's outdated...go here and put it in your stash.....

  • Along this line of survival; does anyone know where copies of the old "FOXFIRE" survival books can be obtained?

    • That's the big brown digest sized books right?  If so I've seen them at Costco from time to time....and I seen them at Barnes and Nobel too if they are what I am thinking about; have you tried online?

  • I LOVE this Twana. I've been a Prepper for some time now, but there are so many more things that I could do. Thanks for the GREAT list of disaster potentials!

  • There is a group on FB started several years ago by a good friend in Texas. It's called "Outdoor Survivalists." I don't remember if it's an open or closed group, but if anyone here is interested in taking a look, direct your request to Albert Patty (admin) & use my name. God Bless You All. I haven't been on as much as I'd like due to chronic illness, but I hold every single one of you glorious patriots in my heart & prayers. We WILL SURVIVE!! We are Americans.
