I am noticing a pattern of fear paralyzing some folks. Specially women.
We do live in a very uncertain time and we are being hit hard, everyday all day long, by the marxists, muslim brotherhood and dhimmi despots in DC and throughout our country with their media lap dogs feeding the masses deception. Most in government seats do not give a hoot about our State Constitutions nor the U.S. Constitution. They work around the clock to destroy those and our liberty that we love. They are working hard to make us become paralyzed with fear to make us easily contained.
Who is working to purposefully cause you/us to fear?
Is that reason for us to be paralyzed by fear? Of course not! What makes us fearful?
What should our response be to them?
"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty.... And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."Jefferson was a pretty smart guy...
"Despite all the odds being stacked against our Founding Fathers and their dream of establishing a nation of FREE men, they didn't let fear of ridicule, failure, imprisonment or death deter them from fighting on for what is right and good... and today, some 230 plus years later, nor should we."
Let us encourage each other. Let us link arms and stand shoulder to shoulder as we put boots on the ground as we restore our constitutional republic. Do know, a lot of people join, but if we see someone is not of us, we remove them. Despots, dhimmis, useful idiots, marxists, etc do not find a home with open arms here.
No...I just get angry...then I get even...bring on the bullets and the beans...and don't forget your bibles...
Until all of the people understand, that anger erases fear. Then will the movement start. Fear is a good sign of apathy.
Afraid you'll lose what you have. If what is coming down the pike is so good, how come Russia's complex broke apart.
A point to clarify, All our enemies are based in Communism, call it progressive, socialist, liberal, and globalist, it all uses the same principles of the miss used words, "Social Action". The banner of the Collective. Star Trek is upon us, and the Borgs are rising.
All fear is weakness, which is what Obama inculcates. Remove his 'canker' permanently and you've solved all these women problems. The men I know just are tettering on the edge with loaded firearms...so figure out the rest.
Yea, I am one of those men...
Thank you Twana. Let us also be positive as we start shoulder to shoulder.
Thanks for posting this, Twana. I'm not so much fearful as irritated!
It used to be that I would stockpile home supplies and food for the winter just because I don't like to drive in snow or on ice. Well, la-de-da with all that! Now my little world is flipping upside down with all this threat from within our own borders. So its changed into a year-round effort with my mind going over my lists every time I step into a store. Which is good, I'm not complaining about that. But it's a bit of a challenge to be prepping and like so many others here, the $$$ is not stretching as far as before. We all know the various reasons for that... mostly in D.C. With determination, I am getting re-acquainted with some old skills and habits I used to use and I've found some treasures (hand tools, and even a manual egg-beater!) in my stash from years ago that will be handy to have when work and cooking become a bit more primative. >:-)

This is a good site for some non-electric items and can also be used as an "idea generator" for shopping in local stores and at yard and/or estate sales...
I don't know if the link will post ok, but if it doesn't, an online search can be done for Lehmans.
I have a butter churn!! lol I really do! I bought it back in the 70's at an Amish store. That was when I was going thru a stage where I was really into antiques. I'll have butter...if I can find milk to churn. lol I also have a treadle sewing machine, but it needs a new belt. Amish stores sell them.
Hey! haha! I have a treadle sewing machine, too! If you can't get to an Amish store, and you still have the old belt, take it to an automotive store and have it sized to a fan belt, I'm sure there would be one to match. Get spare belts, too. If not, search online for "treadle sewing machine belt". I also found a spool of belt material on Amazon, but I need to find out where to get those sturdy staples used to hold it together.
For your butter churn, you'll need cream, not milk. If your arms get tired of the churning, a handy-dandy manual egg-beater makes butter really fast! Voice of experience, when I got carried away with trying to make some whipped cream, it turned into butter, too sweet butter though.
Thanks for the info, Marcie. Lehman's (in your link) is in Amish country here in Ohio and they do carry gas powered appliances, etc. They cater to the Amish as well.
