After seeing the number and variety of comments on the post "Will you vote for a Romney/Rubio Ticket?" I was amazed how divided Patriots all are. Yes tough decisions are going to be required by all in the very near future. Everyone will have to search their own heart to reach what is right for them.
Unfortunately, the titIe of the post put everyone in the position of either for or against the ticket when the real issue is the Constitution. The focus must be on the Constitution and what actions we all must take now to save it. Without this action the last resort will be revolution or slavery. Slavery, sooner than later, for those who do not think it through and basically sell their soul by voting for the same thing that has put us in the position we find ourselves? The alternative, thinking down the road, is definitely the hardest choice to make. No one wants armed conflict especially me.
If we are to prevent it we must come together. I received an article from Ron Ewart today that suggests a way for all conservatives to do just that. With his permission I am providing his article here. Please take the time to read it and should you agree let him know especially those of you who are creative.
I wish you God's Blessings and that he gives you strength in whatever decision you must make should a way not be found to bring all Conservatives together.

Never has a president apologized for America, as has this president, as if he was embarrassed to be an American. Never has a president done so much in secret when he promised transparency. Never has a president done more to conceal his identity, his past and who he really is. Never has a president done more to poke his finger in the eye of America's Judeo-Christian heritage. Never has a president presented more of a danger to America's sovereignty, security and freedom, than has Barack Hussein Obama. We have been writing about the issues facing America and Americans well before our current president came on the scene. We have tried valiantly to stay focused on those issues and have specifically avoided a major attack on past presidents, or our current president. But we can no longer remain silent. Every major issue facing Americans today can be traced back to a false ideology that has become embedded in most if not all American institutions. No icon of that ideology is more representative than the man who now calls himself President of the United States.
For over 100 years the progressive (socialist) movement has wormed its way into the body politic one institution at a time. Its rise has been subtle, its methods overt, its influence both multi-cultural and global and its message full of lies. Its goal was and is power and control over the masses. Progressivism has been so successful that they finally ran a president who brought its ideology out into the open for all to see, in the persona of one ghostly, mysterious, anti-American, Barack Hussein Obama.
He wasted no time in further institutionalizing the progressive cause by making the general population totally subservient to a rapidly rising debt and a deficit that show no signs of ever abating well into the future. Without constitutional authority, Obama nationalized large businesses and gave preferential treatment to his political allies. With our tax money he picked his own winners and losers, based on the false science of man-caused global warming and CO2 emissions. Many of his so-called winners became heavy losers at the taxpayers' expense.
With the help of a willing Democrat Congress he nationalized America's health care industry, vastly increased regulations on business and passed massive stimulus bills that were nothing more than earmarks and payoffs to friendly constituents. He has thumbed his nose at our foreign friends and heaped praise and American dollars on our enemies. He has circumvented the Congress when they would not do his bidding, by issuing executive orders or directives to his cabinet. He has turned away from increasing benefits to our brave men and women in uniform and is working to gut our national defense. He has vigorously pushed a United Nations international socialist and environmental agenda down the throats of Americans with reckless disregard for American sovereignty and the unalienable rights of the American people. He would reward those who come to America illegally and has purposely done so by executive order or directives to the INS.
But let's put aside Obama's very strange past. Forget for a moment his Kenyan father, or his associations with Bill Ayers (anarchist), Reverend Wright (Black Liberation Theologist), Frank Davis (communist) Tony Rezko (born in Syria and now in jail) and Van Jones (communist), Obama's previous green jobs Czar and all of Obama's highly questionable cabinet secretaries and Czars. Let's forget his Muslim roots from Indonesia with his 2nd father and the two Pakistani Muslims he lived with when attending Occidental College in California, as a "foreign" student. Let's throw out the question about how he paid for his college tuition at Harvard, or where he got the money to jet all over the planet (including Pakistan). We won't even consider where Obama got the $1.65 million to buy a home in Chicago, (on a $12,000 per year salary) or that Rezko's wife bought the lot next door to the home Obama just purchased, or that an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million, three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. And for the moment we will look the other way about his 2012 campaign video message to the black community about "African Americans for Obama". Can you imagine what would happen if Romney created a video entitled, "White Americans for Romney"? All Hell would break loose and Romney would be disqualified to run for president, but Obama gets a pass.
Then of course there is the subject of Obama's many birth certificates and multiple Social Security cards but we'll discard this information as well. After all, these things are just "un-important" details about the leader of the free world, the president of the United States. There are no dots to connect or inconsistencies here! Right?
Ladies and gentlemen, pushing all of these "un-important" details aside, if Obama is given a 2nd term in office, the damage he could do may very well be irreversible, especially when considering his Executive Order pen never stops and he could appoint more liberal/socialist judges to the U. S. Supreme Court ..... for life! That must not be allowed to happen.
But as is all too apparent, Obama has millions of mesmerized followers (Blacks, Latinos, bought-off free loaders and loyal voters) and those millions just may be large enough for him to sail into a 2nd term without much effort. Obama has the mainstream media in his pocket. He has significant international support. He has plenty of vested interest money behind him, national and international. Much of the general world ideology is in keeping with Obama's "fundamental transformation" for America. He is either part of the global elite, or he is a puppet of the global elite.
The only thing that stands between Obama and an assured win, are millions of American conservatives. A divided conservative electorate between religious right conservatives, constitutional conservatives, moderate conservatives, third-party conservatives, or tea party conservatives will virtually give Obama a 2nd term. Unification of conservatives is America's only weapon against an Obama win, no matter who challenges him for President. 2012 must be the year when "Conservatives Roar as One Lion", or you can kiss a free America goodbye! That's right! It is that important!
Ladies and gentlemen, conservatives are the lions that don't back down from a fight. We're the ones that get going, when the going gets tough. Conservatives are the ones that rely on themselves or each other, in a pinch. They don't rely on the government as liberals do. Conservatives find their way out of a hole they don't look for someone to bail them out like the free loaders did in New Orleans. Tough, self-reliant, independent conservatives built America and won wars. People with their hands out to government build nothing and win nothing they just take from the rest of us. Are there some people who need our help, of course? But, we should be working to reduce this number, not growing it.
Without conceding one issue of their differences, conservatives can unite around one simple image, one simple idea, or one simple message, or slogan. As an example, that one simple image could be "The Lion's Lunch" image that leads off this article. By inserting this or a similar image in every conceivable place throughout America, the message would resonate across political divides. A simple sticker on the back of a first class letter would be an excellent place for the image. Some other great places would be car and truck windows, store front windows, home picture windows, gas pumps, telephone and light poles, airports, train stations, or bus depots, or even rest rooms. You are welcome to use "The Lion's Lunch" image that accompanies this article for this purpose if you so choose.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, "The Parallax Prophecies" predicts that even though divided as we are as conservatives, we can still take on Obama and defeat him handily if we will just rally around and unite on a simple idea, or a simple image, or a simple message, or a slogan and make it go viral.
