A court agrees to hear the case, everyone gets excited then it gets blown out of the water due to legal wrangling. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...After doing a little research on the clerks of that court I have little doubt it will end up as all others have. Remember this all important fact. This can only be resolved at the Supreme Court as BHO has sealed ALL relevant documents. On the other hand...I will be posting two different templates for military and non-military alike so that ALL can file the charge of TREASON. It is the most direct document to date and I fully intend to swamp the legal system with them.
