Thegatewaypundit.com reports: The bizarre legislation came shortly before a state Senate panel approved another proposal (HB 481) to ban most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, a bill known as the “heartbeat abortion ban.”
“According to the House website, HB 604 was introduced by Reps. Park Cannon (D-Atlanta), Renitta Shannon (D-Decatur), Donna McLeod (D-Lawrenceville), Sandra Scott (D-Rex) and Kendrick March 11. It does not appear to have been assigned to a House committee at this time,” WRDW reported.
“Kendrick told Rolling Stone she’s aware that her measure has little chance of passing (it’s already past the deadline for submitting new legislation), but she said it is meant to call attention to the “absurd” double standard women are being held to.”
Kendrick made headlines last week when she posted a “testicular bill of rights” on her Twitter feed. The “legislation” would force men to obtain permission before they obtain Viagra or “any erectile dysfunction medication,” ban vasectomies in the state, and make it a crime of “aggravated assault” for men to have sex without condoms.

Kendrick also penned an op-ed piece for Newsweek headlined “You want our wombs? We’re coming for your testicles.”

Yet, HB 481 was rushed through the committee process, brought on the floor late into the hours of Crossover Day when bills have to pass to the other chamber, and passed the Georgia House of Representatives. HB 481 is not done. It’s in the Georgia Senate as I write this opinion. It can still be stopped, I believe. So whether I actually file my “testicular bill of rights” or not, I will continue to work with the Senate to try to stop this heinous, unconstitutional measure that attacks women’s core rights to privacy and family planning. I was elected by 54,000 Georgians to fight for their interests—and I will continue to do so no matter what stands in my way.”
Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams, who lost in 2018, decried HB 481, dubbing it the “forced pregnancy bill.”
“Today, HB 481—effectively banning abortion in GA—passed out of committee on a party & gender line vote,” she wrote on Twitter. “Make no mistake: #HB481 is not a “heartbeat” bill—it is a forced pregnancy bill, and it must be stopped.”

What should we call it when Congress engages in the Mueller witch-hunt for two and a half years and then refuses to accept the (Nothing) findings of their investigators? But instead insist that they can proceed with impeachment even though there is no evidence or any crimes by the Trump administration. ???
Yes, I call it a Constitutional Emergency when Congress has not only become a useless bunch of fools and idiots but has also become a detriment to life liberty and the sovereignty of America.

With the Border wall issue, now the DHS making the entire 100 miles from the coast inland a constitution-free area, sujecting people to no rules of Law in the zone. All rights null and void in the 100 mile zone from Alaska, Canada, east cost to the southern border. Clois, I have another friend, one who is VERY familiar with our Federal and local Texas government and elected officials. This friend sent a reply to me this morning, Here is part of that reply; (Keep in mind that this man knows and remains in close contact with many Texas and Federal legislators every day).

Forget the Decade !!! I bet it will be within 6 months when the people in Texas find out they got screwed royally by the Legislature in both state houses, and the Govenor in charge of putting into laws, unconstitutional laws by those houses. WE WILL NOT MAKE THE DECADE, WE WILL PROBABLY NOT MAKE THE YEAR!!!. Better watch the Demorats in this state and frankly, the Republicans in the state are not any better. Look at what Connelly is doing as Speaker of the Texas House, he will not even let Constitutional Carry come out of committee, he is telling his Lieutenants not to allow it out of committee for a floor vote. He wants it killed by the end of the May, 2019 because he is demorat in sheeps (Republican) clothing.
I agree Clois, it probably wont take six months before we are faced with the choice between life, liberty or Federal and State terrorism.
Gun control laws:
Let's just quit playing nice-guys, dancing around the issues, and appeasing those who would rather kill us all than to just sit back and keep their mouths shut. These people have absolutely no intentions of ever allowing anyone else to live their lives in peace, freedom, and tranquillity,
Gun Control measures (all gun control measures) are nothing more than the prelude to mayhem, murder, and terrorism. It is simply the Fore-play to mass murder and genocide. They fear those of us who are armed because they know that what they have planned for us would spark a massive revolt if the people ever discovered their real intentions.
Gun control legislation are simply the means to the end, take our guns and weapons away to make it easier to murder us all. State sponsored terrorism, murder, mayhem, slaughter and anarchy.
I for one do not plan to go quietly, I will not shut up, stand quietly by while these people try to pass legislation that helps them implement their plans to kill the rest of us.
I hate to say this, but when Red Flag laws are passed in this state, I will be on the front lines with my rifle and semi-automatics loaded and it will be war...I don't like WAR because it is ugly and against God's Law, but when it comes to either me or them, it will be them first and me last. I don't believe in murder, but when people are that stupid to enact laws that violate our laws setup by the founding fathers who had God's instructions, then I don't consider it murder, it is the use of God's hands in giving Evil the boot to the next world, I just happen to be the trigger....and you can bet when I am standing before God and his son, hopefully they will understand and I will not be cast into the Lake of Fire for taking a stand against Evil in this world.
