"The transnational pharmaceutical cartel will be positioning itself to profit handsomely if a federally-mandated adult immunization program becomes law. The proposed US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) policy will be implemented alongside the Obama administration’s Affordable Care Act (ACA), thereby becoming a standard component of US national healthcare policy.

Published on February 6, 2015 amid the “measles outbreak” media frenzy, the HHS is accepting “public comment” on its Draft National Adult Immunization Plan (NAIP) until March 9, 2015. Under the NAIP, all adult American citizens will be compelled to receive current and retroactive vaccination regimens that may amount to several dozen “shots” per individual during their “catch-up” phase. Under the federally-mandated immunization schedule children presently receive 49 vaccines before the age of six.

"The NAIP is intended to supplement the National Vaccine Plan (NVP), published in conjunction with the ACA. The HHS describes the NVP as “a guiding vision for vaccination for the decade 2010-2020 and strategic direction for coordination of the immunization enterprise in the United States” (NAIP, p. 9), by highlighting the alleged public health problem posed by the low vaccination rates of US adults."

  • Thank you for the information.

  • I know my new senator, Ben Sasse, has unraveled it but with him being a newby and all, don't really know how much he could do; also, he worked for Bush in HHS so he hasn't yet proven himself as a true conservative to me yet.  We'll see.

    • Thanks again for the info Judith.

I'm glad that I don't have to subscribe to the ACA, however I know others who do.  I sent them the link(s) that you posted.

      • Same here - I have VA healthcare so I don't have to worry about it.  My daughter, however, did have to deal with it due to her pre-existing conditions and it was a royal pain in the kiester, and abhorrently expensive.  Plus, she had to jump through tons and tons of hoops to get pre-approval.  When she died, she was still waiting on approval of a procedure for her back problems and had been waiting for at least 9 months.

        • Oh my dear Lord Jesus!   My heart breaks for your loss of your daughter.  I'm so very, very sorry.  Although you spoke of her before, I did not know about the 'waiting list of approval' situation.  I'm so truly sorry for your loss.  My prayers are with you.

I have private healthcare insurance and VA healthcare too.

I hate going to the DCVA.  Hate it. Hate it. Hate it.  I only use VA healthcare if I need a new wheelchair or wheelchair repair/parts.  Even then, it took the VA 3 months to replace a flat tire for my wheelchair.  The VA contractor took off with the VA grant money (for the holidays) - then I had to reapply for a new wheel.

          • Thank you for your prayers - always needed and appreciated.  I believe the constant back-pain contributed greatly to her depression and traditional morphine-based drugs did not work for her.  They did genetic tests and discovered her body could not process them.  She had many other health issues as well.  In the end, it was actually her heart that took her from us - sudden onset coronary occlusion.  I also believe the Fentanyl patches she was on probably caused that but then, she had high blood pressure since she was 16 as well.  Soooo many contributing factors!

Thankfully, most of the local VA's in NE are great; but then, being a native Nebraskan, I feel most of the local anything is great!  LOL!  I lived in NOVA for almost 30 years (always knowing "someday" I would come home) and finally had enough of the insanity and came home 6 years ago!  So happy to be back among people with common sense!  Simple, honest, friendly and compassionate.
