DOJ Fails to Protect Wisconsin Military Voters Others at Risk: Help Us Find Active Duty Military Voters in Maryland, Colorado, and Hawaii
MVP Team,
Many of you may have seen that the Voting Section of the Department ofJustice entered a settlement agreement with Wisconsin in an attempt toenforce the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE Act). Notonly does that settlement fail to enforce the plain language of the MOVEAct, it will surely cause military voters to be denied other benefitsunder the MOVE Act, including the express mail delivery service thatguarantees delivery back to the United States. Read MVP Project's press release about the settlement.
More disturbing, however, is the Voting Section’s failure to bring casesagainst three other states (Maryland, Colorado, and Hawaii) and theDistrict of Columbia, all of which have admitted that they will violatethe requirement to mail absentee ballots at least 45 days before theelection. In our view, the Voting Section's failure to fully enforce thelaw against these jurisdictions is inexcusable.
If you know any active duty military voters who are residents in these jurisdictions, please have them contact us immediatelyinfo@mvpproject.org.
The MVP Project will not stand by and let the voters be disenfranchisedby the Voting Section’s unwillingness to fully protect our servicemembers, but we need to hear from them immediately to protect their rights.
Respectfully, Eric Eversole Executive Director

I believe when we flip the Houses, they will get the idea, they will be next to be purged. Holder will do anything to keep from going to jail where he belongs with his butt buddy Scumbama.
The fact is that they don't want our active duty military personnel to vote! Many, like McChrystal, have become too disillusioned with Obama and his insane policies toward them, and would vote against him and his, I suspect, or at least that is likely the fear!
They refuse to enforce our military personels right to vote and be counted. Our men and women serving in the armed forces
are the reason we have a right to vote.In fact, their vote should be counted first.
Take away the military vote and let the dems vote 10 times each. Throw in all of the illegals voting. People voting from inside prison walls, from six feet under in cemeteries. How can we have an honest election.

We can't. but the Dems can't win and honest election, which they know full well, so what do you really expect?

Other groups such as Elks & Moose are also very patriotic and may render help
