Why are we wasting thousands of taxpayer dollars to keep this man alive so we can execute him?  And why are we wasting more money for a legal team to defend what he blatantly did and was witnessed by several.  What is the point?  Let him die.  Don't waste any more taxpayer money on this piece of pond scum!  Use the money saved to provide counseling for the victims and their families.

I read it and here's what I wrote: 

Dr. Jasser,

I am watching your response to the Fort Hood trial of Major Nidal Hasan.  I do believe this is a perfect opportunity for you to practice what you preach and make a public call for a speedy trial and quick justice for this murderer.  If indeed, Islam is a religion of peace and harsh punishment for those who transgress the precepts of peace that it supposedly embodies, then say something.  Let America know that you really mean what you preach on your nice website.  I and several others will be watching your actions with a great deal of interest.

So we'll see if I get any response from him....other than meaningless, vague platitudes like I get from my congressmen when I write them.

OMG...I am floored...here is the response I just received.....just 20 minutes after I wrote to Jasser:

"Will do thank you. FYI we have written and released many items on his case/including a chapter in my just released book calling among other things for his execution- via capital punishment. Thanks for the heads up on the delay and we'll weigh in where appropriate as we have.

I will now watch closely to see how this all plays out...I'm not one to trust ANY Muslim, so I'll reserve judgement until I see the lamestream media publish some these comments that he is supposedly writing and making....course, in his defense....his views would be extremely unpopular with the lamestream, so they may indeed, squelch his views to keep their propaganda stream pure!

Even if they do, the jihadists will threaten his family and friends until he shuts up or dies.  That's how it seems to work.  These are evil pigs who will do whatever they have to do to accomplish their goals.  Why we "respect" anything at all about this insane religion is beyond me. 

If he is not under threat by the jihadists...I have to wonder why.  Think about it Gringo.  This is probably all just a ploy to identify who the American Patriots are so they can keep us under their thumbs.

Agreed and I think it's great that you have sent it out to all these organizations....anything is worth a try at this point.  I'm hoping this works....and I am amazed that I got such a quick response WITH a phone number from Jasser himself....and another one from his executive assistant a few minutes later.....although I would never call from my home phone.  I would never trust my number to a Muslim...God only knows how they might use it!  I might, however, email him back and have a discussion with him.  I'd like to see what his true colors are....I heard him speak on Fox one night, and I was NOT impressed with his passionless approach to all this.  I got a gut feeling like this guy is a sham...all part of the plan to just lie and say whatever they need to say to get into our country and take over.  Hate to sound so cynical, but we are naieve if we don't question them and their motives very carefully.  But, I can't help but really hope that your idea of pressure by churches and synagogues works.....I'll pray on that one!

Brainstorm  - -We all need to Petition another guy to put his action where his mouth is - - One Dr. Zuhdi Jasser head of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD), an organization that seeks to fight radical Islamic ideology.  This would be the Acid Test for this guy, who is also a retired US Navy officer. He can be contacted here. - http://aifdemocracy.org/  and you can write something like this   - We challenge you to support your claim to being moderate and confront this and call for Justice to be served.  This trial needs to go forward   http://www.examiner.com/article/fort-hood-massacre-suspect-s-trial-...  .   We shall watch your response with great interest   Michael's information would indeed be shocking; however Johnny as you point out, the facts from a coroner and or many eye wirtnesses who could validate the head shot description are needed.  When shots ring out, I'd surmise as many would be paralyzed by fear, frozen in their tracks as those who might duck.  In any case, it is truly reprehensible that this monster's trial keeps being postponed.  There is NO Pardon for this beast and NO pardon for anyone that would pardon him.  If he is NOT tried and convicted by 9-11 America needs to roar for immediate justice from coast to coast.
