GEORGIA RULING ON OBAMA BALLOT CHALLENGE COMING SOON - Draft "proposed findings below"

Georgia Ruling Coming Soon Harry, Judge Malihi moved the deadline for filing our legal briefs up to today, so today we filed two documents with Georgia's Office of State Administrative Hearings. We expect Judge Malihi to rule promptly on this matter. As soon as he does, we will let you know both what his ruling is and what it means. The first filing was our Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. This is written as a proposed order in the Judge's voice, but it is not his order. This filing is written in this way to show how we would like the Judge to rule on the evidence and arguments we presented last Thursday in Atlanta. We showed that Obama's father was never a citizen via several documents. We then showed Supreme Court precedent that "natural born citizen" requires two citizen parents at the time the candidate was born. We therefore propose a ruling that Obama is not Constitutionally qualified to be on the Georgia ballot for the office of President. The second filing today was a Motion for Finding of Contempt against Obama. My message last week, Is the Judicial Branch Dead?, covered the implications of Obama's actions last week. Never before in our history have we had a President simply ignore a court order. We have had Presidents subject to a court order more than once, but in every one of those instances, the President in question followed lawful procedure in dealing with those orders. We now have a sitting President that has openly declared that he is not subject to the Judicial Branch of our government. This is dangerous territory and our Motion urges Judge Malihi to recommend "that the Superior Court find the Defendant in willful contempt of Court, and that the Superior Court impose sanctions commensurate with an act that threatens the foundations of our Constitutional Republic." Please continue to help spread the word about our arguments. There is so much misinformation circulating about what a Natural Born Citizen is and what our Constitution says. Many wonder why this is even important at this point. It is important because everything is connected. If we fail to follow the Constitution in one circumstance, how can we defend upholding the Constitution in another? This is not a partisan issue, this is not a gender issue, this is not a race issue. Van Irion and Mark Hatfield did us all justice. Great presentation by Van. Great work with GA law by Mark. Together they put everything into Constitutional perspective. Couldn't have asked for anything more from these two. Three Plaintiffs, Two Atty's and a Judge sure to rule on THE LAW. Folks, it doen't get any better than this.

The original deadline for filing was to be Feb 5th but since Obama thought so little of GA that he didn't attend, Judge Malihi moved that filing up to yesterday. What that means is tomorrow should be the day he gives us his ruling. That's not gauranteed but every indicator points that way...

The thing known as Obama is committing one large theft after another of the American people's money, work and trust. He is the most disgusting example of human life, A HITLER, we have ever witnessed.

Like all stupid people, he thinks everyone else is stupider than he is. There is, however, one thing he has done well. Every facet of American life and business has gone down considerably, except for foreclosures, unemployment, bankruptcies and business closures, why docent the Democrats just show the documents and reveal the TRUTH?..BECAUSE the POTUS is a LIAR and a COWARD.

Pamela Barnett was a plaintiff in a case brought by Orly Taiz demanding proof that Obama was eligible to be President. That court arrogantly and illegally refused to hear their complaint. Pamela Barnett's character reflects that of most Americans: When you treat her like a dog, she'll jump up and bite you. And it is working. Obama has been denied to be on the primary ballot in Alabama until he proves he is eligible. Georgia has a ruling pending in 3 weeks to keep Obama off the ballot until he can prove he is eligible.

This was a good video full of good information.  The major part of it was the last sentence. It is time for we the people to act. In my mind it is past time for We the People to Act. We have the evidence and we have the legal teams willing to take him on. it is time to get rid of a President that does not meet the ciritia for President. He should be impeached as Gen. Valley said.  He has nothing to offer the nation. The past 3 plus years have been Hell for America and he has caused it and continues to cause. He needs to go and go now.

DO YOU KNOW THAT OBAMA, JUST BEFORE HE TOOK THE OATH OF PRESIDENCY, HAD A PRIVATE TALK WITH ALL BUT ONE OF THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES.  ALL THESE SUPREME COURT JUDGES WERE IN THE SUPREME COURT CHAMBERS.  NO ONE ELSE WAS ALLOWED.  THESE JUDGES KNEW ABOUT OBAMA THAT HE WAS NOT A LEGAL CITIZEN TO BECOME PRESIDENT, AND THEY STILL ALLOWED HIM TO TAKE THE OATH AND BECOME OUR PRESIDENT.  THIS IS A TREASONIST ACT.  ALL THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES SHOULD BE HUNG FOR TREASON.

There are six other states waiting on this verdict. The judge should give us a guilty verdict and it should go deep. Even approaching Treason. He should be given the opportunity of resigning or impeachment. That risk trial and  jail or prison. His resignment would put Biden in and if he did not want it John Boehner, if not him the president pro tem of the Senate, I think that is Harry Reid if not him Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. One of them would assume the office until November. The other six states as I see it would support GA.  Five would totally support that verdict and one may not. Illinois is the one exception. That is his so called base of operation. The other five dispise him. We really need a guilty verdict and an punishment. Precedent is very important in the legal system especially where the courts and judges are concerned.
