What is Freedom;
Happy New Year, It's January 1st, 2019.
As we enter the new year and we reflect on the events and attitudes of America during the past year , I cannot help but to remember and to remind everyone to remember what your freedoms mean to us all.
I am reminded of all the men and women who fought to establish America as a free Representative Republic; Governed by a Constitution written and ordained by people who had escaped the tortures and oppressions of generations of tyrants, murders, and killers. The early settlers and men and women who established this nation knew far too well what living under the oppressions and despotism of murderous thieves that ruled over them by force and power derived not by popular votes but by force and murder.
These people knew that it would be all too easy for the same kinds of tyrants and thieves to murder and kill their way back into power once given the slightest opportunity. The founders of this great nation struggled under the same forms of oppression here in the early colonies of New England and along the Eastern coast of what we now know as America. They knew far too well that once given the opportunity tyrants, thieves, and killers would gladly seize power over the people for their own selfish gains. The lust for power never ends, and most of these tyrants are more than willing to murder their way into positions of power and authority. They hold no bounds to the extent to which they will go to gain control for their own benefit.
The Founders of America went to great lengths to try to insure that these types of tyrants would never again be able to gain such power, control and authority over the people. They fought a long and very hard and brutal war against the tyrants who at the time controlled the world's mightiest Armies and navies.
“Give me Liberty or give me death” were the words uttered by Patric Henry just before he was hanged for treason. Words that still ring true today 243 years later by patriots and citizen's who refuse to bow to the attempts by those who would usurp and destroy our freedoms and liberty.
Once the Revolutionary war against the British was over our Founding Fathers spent eight long and arduous years trying to hammer out our Founding documents which we know today as the Constitution of the United States of America. These men were all very well educated, leaders among their peers and in their respective communities. They were business owners and most were wealthy. Yet they choose to abandon and discard their positions of wealth and potential authority in favor of creating a Nation that they intended to be free of tyrants an oppression and despotism forever.
These men who were all very well educated and experience, knowledgeable in the ways of the world, and knowledgeable in the ways of tyrants, struggled for eight long years to insure that each and every word of our Constitution was precise. Every word and sentence was debated, edited, and changed, and then debated again, over and over until they could all agree on what they were trying to make perfectly clear was unmistakable and it's intent was clear to all who may read them. In the end they created a series of documents which would not only create a new Nation but also insured the freedoms and liberties of all our citizens for as long as the people are willing to uphold and preserve that Constitution and the freedoms and liberties that it insures and guarantees.
When asked “What kind of Government have you given us Sir?” Ben Franklin replied “ A Republic madam – IF you can keep it”.
A few short years ago President Ronald Reagan, 40th president of the US said “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in our blood stream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.
Today as we enter this new year of 2019 and we say good bye to 2018 we once again stand on the precipice of loosing those freedoms.
A short excerpt from a speech given by Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the US, reads as follows;
—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.
These words are a small part of the speech known today as Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, given on November 19th, 1863 .
America will never be overthrown by an external enemy, instead America will be overtaken from within. Our enemies know this, they are very well versed on this subject. And they have been hard at work for many years trying to make sure that happens.
In 1960 the Russian dictator Nikita Khrushchev proclaimed the following;
"We cannot expect Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communism."
Now more than ever before, the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature…. If the next centennial does not find us a great nation … it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces.

And of course we have all heard the old saying “United we Stand, Divided we fall”. The only way to overthrow America is to get the American people to destroy themselves, convince the people that America and all that she stands for is evil and wrong, Convince the people that America MUST be altered or completely destroyed. It is the job, it is the task and the goal of those who would destroy us to convince the American people that they must destroy America themselves. Today they are very close to achieving that goal. Some of the people have been lead to believe that the evil person in American Government is now President Donald J. Trump while others believe it is the Communists that have infiltrated our Congress and the hundreds of various Government agencies. I believe the answer to that is pretty easy, the truth is obvious to anyone willing to see it.
Who is is it that said “I am a Nationalist”? Was it Donald J. Trump? Or was it one of the leaders of our Congress? Answer: It was Donald Trump. Who is it that criticized him for making that statement?
Who is it that spends twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days for the past two years trying to convince you that the President must be removed, impeached even though they have no real impeachable crimes through which they could remove him? OR is it Donald Trump that has in many cases openly declared themselves to be Socialists? Who is it that more closely articulates the “Virtues” of that same Socialism referred to be Chairman Nikita Khrushchev? Is it Donald Trump? Or is it our main-stream news media?
It is the main-stream media and members of Congress, NOT President Donald Trump.Who is it that has been advocating for stronger border security and a complete overhaul of our immigration policy? Who is it that has been working to gain control over open borders and the uncontrolled migration of unknown numbers of foreign enemy fighters? Is that President Donald Trump? Or is that Congress? Is that President Trump or the Main-stream media?
Who is it that is fighting for open borders, no immigration controls, no borders at all,?Who is it that has been advocating for the elimination of our border patrol and the Department of Immigration and customs (ICE)? Is that President Trump? Or members of our Congress and the main-stream media?
The answer is staring us in the face if only you are willing to see it.
The answers to these and many other questions are right out in the open to anyone willing to see them and willing to admit the truth. And the answer to whether or not America will remain a Constitutional Free Republic or will we fall to that level of Socialism and despotism spoken of by chairman Nikita Khrushchev?
Freedom indeed is NOT free, it demands constant vigilance and education. If we loose our freedoms and liberty it will be from people who see but refuse to admit the truth. If you choose to believe the lies by those who seek to divide us rather than to believe the deeds and real actions by those who seek to defend America, then we could very easily loose all our freedoms and liberty.
A people who have know freedom and liberty but have since lost them will never see those freedoms and liberty again..
