It seems that HHS has legalized home inspections/invasions using their CPS people to do it for them. The reasons for these inspections are legion and can be applied to absolutely anyone at all and at will. For instance "tobacco user" or ADHD or gun owners or home schoolers. And the list goes on and on. If your kid has problems in school it is your fault. If you chew tobacco in your home, I assume "second hand spit" will constitute removal of the child from your home. If you own a gun, that is reason for removal of your child also.
This edict from HHS is way far beyond outrageous, is a danger to all American children, including apparently illegal ones, and is a UN law to start with.
Common Core has been accepted in 45 states so far, including my own state of Alabama. I have no idea why 45 states rushed out to accept it. Texas and Virginia are two who have NOT accepted it. I am hoping AL will "suspend" it until it can be properly considered by the public. But I am not optimistic.
