A reasonable person, such as you or I, would probably say that involvement in acts that resulted in murder constitutes a high crime. It would certainly become one, if the perpetrators went on to lie and cover up their involvement. It has become quite clear that Attorney General Eric Holder, perhaps Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, and highly likely, their boss, Usurper Barak Hussein Obama-Soetoro, were involved in just such a crime and cover-up with Project Gunrunner and Fast and Furious.

 

Even at the current level of cursory investigation – a congressional committee, rather than a special prosecutor or counsel – there appears to be undisputed evidence that this was a politically motivated plan designed to create the false impression that massive gun trafficking from the U.S. to Mexico was taking place, so Democrats could demand and impose new, draconian gun-control laws. They allowed thousands of guns to be illegally transported across our open border into Mexico by known members of Mexican drug cartels. Some of these weapons were used to murder Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, ICE Agent Jaime Zapata, and wound ICE Agent Victor Avila. In addition the weapons were used to murder dozens of Mexican citizens.

 

At the very least, the actions of the people who proposed, approved, funded, and carried out Project Gunrunner and Fast and Furious resulted in criminally negligent manslaughter:

Involuntary Manslaughter Involuntary manslaughter is the unlawful killing of another human being without intent. The absence of the intent element is the essential difference between voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. Also in most states, involuntary manslaughter does not result from a heat of passion but from an improper use of reasonable care or skill while in the commission of a lawful act or while in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to a felony…

 

…Generally there are two types of involuntary manslaughter: (1) criminal-negligence manslaughter; and (2) unlawful-act manslaughter. The first occurs when death results from a high degree of Negligence or recklessness, and the second occurs when death is caused by one who commits or attempts to commit an unlawful act, usually a misdemeanor…

 

…Criminally Negligent Manslaughter A homicide resulting from the taking of an unreasonable and high degree of risk is usually considered criminally negligent manslaughter. There are numerous cases in which an omission to act or a failure to perform a duty constitutes criminally negligent manslaughter. The existence of a duty is essential…When the failure to act is reckless or negligent, and not intentional, it is usually manslaughter. One need not be a criminal lawyer (interesting job title, what?) to see that this definitely fits what is known about how Gunrunner and Fast and Furious were run. So, where are the calls for bringing the miscreants to justice? Where are the congressmen and senators, the judges and governors, the mayors, sheriffs, and county commissioners demanding that the Rule of Law prevail? The silence tells you all you need to know about the depth of corruption, the disdain for moral, Constitutional government that exists at nearly every level of public officialdom throughout America, today.

 

That Obama-Soetoro has been protected by political hacks, posing as federal judges from providing documentation, much less unforged, independently verified documentation, that he is indeed a natural-born citizen, and that he has not broken laws regarding identity theft, is more evidence of the endemic corruption that threatens America. According to these hacks, no one has standing to challenge Obama-Soetoro in court. No one. Period. Sounds more like Cuba or North Korea than constitutional America.

 

Moreover, it has just come out that, in an apparent attempt to legitimize Obama-Soetoro as a presidential candidate in 2008, a major online source of legal data has been caught editing a precedent-setting Supreme Court ruling, Minor v. Happersett, 1875, that defined natural born citizen as a person born in this country, and having both parents American citizens, which Obama, Sr., obviously was not ( http://www.examiner.com/civil-rights-in-portland/justiagate ).

 

As the Democrats and complicit Establishment Republicans turn America into a cesspool of financial and political corruption where legality and ethics are meaningless words, it becomes evident to even the houseplants in the crowd that something must be done.

 

Regardless of whether Obama-Soetoro is legally the president, or whether the Senate will try and convict him, the House of Representatives must impeach him to show the American people that the Rule of Law is not dead.
In addition, they need to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate, indict, and convict those who have so clearly committed high crimes and misdemeanors. Any less is unconscionable.

The Republican Establishment can ALWAYS be counted upon to slink off into the shadows whenever there is a fight brewing.  They have NEVER shown a willingness to stand and fight for morals or principles.  Apparently such is not their nature. They have become the party of go-alongers.  The party of "when the sh!t hits the fan, be sure to duck and cover so only the others get dirty".  They are loyal to no one but themselves.  Even their half-hearted impeachment was a failure.  What happened when their "great leader" Newt Gingrich got into trouble on trumped-up alegations?  They wet their panties while they ran and hid leaving their leader exposed and on his own to become a feast for their political enemies.  They showed the same cowardice when it came to Tom Delay, Trent Lott, Bob Livingstone, and EVERY other party member who has ever had trouble. 

The Democrat Party may be the party of Marx/Lenin/Che/etc but at least they show each other loyalty.  Chris Dodd, spoke the same "racist" line as Trent Lott but he had colleagues with some degree of loyalty so he was able to stay in power to destroy the housing market.  Look at what happens when Democrat crimninals like Clinton, Marion Barry, Bawney Fwank, the Kennedy's/Rockafellers, and on and on get caught.  They are defended by their party AND REMAIN IN OFFICE!!  No one stands by an accused Republican, even if he is innocent like George Allen Jr.  They are hung out to dry by their own party or even fed to the wolves. 

I know from experience that the Constitution Party does these very same things.  For some reason, today's "parties of conservatives" are letting us all down.  That is why the Tea party is so necessary.  It is because the American conservative patriot has no voice in government;no representation; no ability to hang on to a Constitution that today's political parties would shred and burn at the passage of every unconstitutional law, bill and regulation.  That is why party loyalty makes no sense to a conservative.  Why show loyalty to a party that treats loyalty as a disease?  Sorry Greg, that is probably not how you see it but from Mainstreet, USA, that's what I see.

How my previous post relates to the topic at hand, and as I have posted before; bringing charges against criminals in the Democrat Party requires an opposition party comprised of members with b@lls.  Such does not exist in our political system today.

Where you are wrong is the "*****" they need they get from their numbers. Plus the media will not publish what they need. They get their numbers from us supporting them in campaigns. In 2006 and 2008 in my parts 50% of D's ran unopposed. We take whomever we can get and they may fall short of what we need.

When 911 happened GWB needed tax cuts to increase Federal revenue. You ask how does this happen? Dirty little secret is it always does because more of a smaller amount is way more than few of a bigger amount. A deal was cut so D's would not filibuster. This is where the gang of 14 came from. There is way to much to say about this here.

 

Bottom line is few actually understand how our system is designed to work which plays into the hands of our enemies. Having b%lls as you want only matters if you have the ability to enforce. R's have not had enough of a majority, even though for a while we did have majorities in both houses, to wield a sledgehammer. This is what it will take to put things back in order.

While Democrats were in the minority of both houses they successfully filibustered Bushes nominations because they have the b@lls to stand up for the  destruction of our nation.  Democrats in the minority get more done than a majority of Republicans!  That proves that thr Republicans have no desire to end the EPA, the FDA, the DHS the DOE or any of the other desruective forces that infect our government.  lest we forget, it was the Republican, NIXON who gave us the gestapo-like EPA and got congress to impliment the Endangered Species Act.

Gov. Kasich and the Ohio Congress formed and passed a bill limiting public employee collective bargaining. I said limit. Not eliminate. This one thing balanced the budget.

 

The PRIVATE unions had a hissy fit. Got petitions on the ballot to repeal it. It is not looking good right now. So, this is what they get to show for having b%alls.

It is imperative that the real truth come out and be told. And it is imperative that it is the real truth. Right now there are too many "believable" stories that are meant to throw confusion into this mix.

 

Do not think for a second I'm advocating picking the best person because those are the only choices. I'm begging all of you to keep digging and keep a cool clear head. We are about to be overthrown by a horde of the most evil people on Earth. If we want to stop them we must expose them with 100% accuracy. Mob rule is not what will get us out.

 

I strongly advise what our Founders instructed us - be VERY involved. Get inside. It is not as hard as you think. Individually plead with God for exceptional wisdom in every thing you do. In history men have taken this course before with excellent results.

I truly believe Ron Paul is sinsere,he has said ,and i quote, end the fed ,end income tax ,briong troops home till we properly declare war,stop the spending, stop the finantal aide to other countries,protect our borders with our military,balance the budget by cutting some gov programs ,even if means uncomfortable lives for a lot of people, im willing to with stand it to retore this republic, we need to fight for ron paul,,just look at his track record it speaks for itself,Ron Paul 2012,,ps its not republican or democrat its about LIBERTY,these parties havnt always existed, its a false idea to have them anyway
