I personnaly do not believe even the Pretend POTUS can issue such an absurd order. Maybe we can all pitch in a few arrows for Ted's hunting past time and thus hire him to play at these events. I live on the border of W-S district and will support any worthy candidate who will oppose her; she is not really from Fla and needs to go back to whatever Leftest Liberal rock she crawled out from under.

Well Maobama can issue his decrees-- and the "already captured  liberal establishment-and the press" may even take the initiative as it seems they are all too willing to do and will  claim Mr.Ted Nugent is not invited-but if the families of the fallen want Ted Nugent  at he Memorials they ought have EVERY right to invite. I recall how the VA Cemetary in Texas was  setting policy that the Veterans could not  mention God- or Jesus-- or offer prayer at funerals but had to back down.

Personally, I see this as an interference with Nugent's right to peaceful assembly with his group as well as HIS freedom of speech. I do NOT see that Pelosi and the democrats have any authority to amend the first amendment as it is specific and clear about what congress can and cannot do: the text reads as follows:

"Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging  the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."THAT IS THE ENTIRE TEXT! What could be more simple and straightforward?

 

In my opinion: ANYONE, including Pelosi and her socialist buddies , trying to change the bill of rights, the central core of our country and our way of life, should be impeached for violation of their Oath of office. It will not happen in this corrupt and criminal congress, BUT IT SHOULD! We desperately NEED to restore constitutionality and compliance wth the rule of law to the exercise of our Government . We NEED to hold them BOTH responsible and accountable. If we fail, we may have to consider alternatives no one wants to see but will have been imposed on us and, THAT is what this is all about: government imposition of authority it DOES NOT POSSESS under the rule of law or the Constitution.
