Are Washington DC politicians absolutely sure that they want to make the US Constitution null and void? If the US Constitution is null and void, then so is the union of states that it created, as that fragile union of sovereign states was very carefully ratified via a very specific and carefully crafted balance of power between the federal government and the states.
If the federal government continues to breech that compact without remedy, the union of states expires with the Constitution itself and it is every man for himself at that point. Are DC elitists ready for what comes with the decimation of the US Constitution and the union of states it created?
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
This is the sole purpose of the US Constitution. No constitution, no union…
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
The United States of America is a union of fifty sovereign states. That union is established by, and conditioned upon, the Law of the Land, the terms and conditions of the US Constitution. Without the US Constitution, there is no union of fifty sovereign states – there can be no United States of America. The people and the states have the right and the duty to protect and preserve liberty at all cost, and to force the Federal Government if necessary, to live within Constitutional boundaries, or abolish this runaway government and start all over again.
Are corrupt DC elitists certain that they want to toy with the American people and the US Constitution, rendering the document nothing more than a relic from history and placing at risk, the union of states it establishes?
The Federal commitment to Global Governance and UN Agenda 21taken under the Clinton Administration in September of 2000 and followed by every administration since, is a direct violation of everything the US Constitution and fifty state constitutions stand for… it cannot be allowed to continue.
The notion that the Federal Government can make up the Law of the Land at will via executive, judicial or legislative fiat, is insane on its face. The idea that the people are limited to the voting booth or a federal courtroom as their only remedy for a runaway federal government is equally insane.
If the 9th and 10th Amendments no longer stand, then the entire Constitution is null and void and the union of fifty sovereign states is also instantly voided. Before we dissolve this union and institute new government, laying its foundations upon that which will guarantee every citizen and state freedom and liberty, sovereignty and security, we must make every effort to save this union by re-establishing the balance of powerat the foundation of the Constitution.
We shall not allow the US Constitution and the union it forms to perish without a fight.
Global Governancemy eye! The United States of America is ONE NATION, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL. It is so, because the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights say so. Destroy that at the expense of the union itself!
Who are Bill Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama to say otherwise? Temporary residents of the people’s White House come and go. Freedom and Liberty are forever, because the American people say so and the American people are the final word on the subject.
State governments can stop the next Civil War by standing up and keeping their oath to respect, protect and preserve the US Constitution and force the Federal Government to live within the confines of that compact. They can do this by simply passing the Balance of Powers Actin their state and rejecting all “unconstitutional acts” of the federal government at the state line.
Or, they can sit on their hands, remain part of the problem and wait for the next Civil War to begin.
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution;”- Article VI
According to Article VI of the US Constitution, every elected lawmaker and law enforcement officer in this country has the power and the duty to support, protect and defend the US Constitution and the Representative Republic it forms. No excuse from federal or state lawmakers or employees is good enough. It is time for true patriots to stand and be counted.
The Constitution prohibits any form of global governance, national or international dictatorship, or socialist experiment, be it democratically electedor not. The states must act or the people will have no peaceful alternatives.
Either way, freedom and liberty will be protected and preserved. The States can do it peacefully or the people will do it by whatever means necessary. The Second Amendment exists for just such an occasion.
Over the last 237 years, more than a million brave American men and womenhave fought and died for the US Constitution, our Representative Republic, freedom, liberty and justice for all. They did not die in vain.
The States can reassert proper constitutional balance of powers or the people will. It’s not a threat; it’s a prediction. Americans are the most peaceful and tolerant people on earth, until push becomes shove.
The clock is ticking… The States must actswiftly and decisively. Every patriotic American citizen must act as well, calling upon their state officials to take immediate measures to stop the runway Fed before we reach the point of no return.

Food for thought. Since Obama is a fictitious person invented by Uncle Fred, we have no president and nothing he has signed is valid. Therefore, we the people are still in control and must affirm such. The fictitious Obama just gave land to Russia (islands part of Alaska), which is a treasonous act. Bari Shabazz is impersonating the fictitious Obama. Eventually this will all come out, JB. We are wounded, but not dead. All of Congress should be fired for going along with this and Media Matters should be sued, along with others, for the damages.
If we have no Constitution they don't need a FED. A dictatorship does as it pleases. We are no longer a republic. We now are under a dictatorial oligarchy ala Venezuela, Russian, Iran, Cuba, etc. The republicrat leadership in Congress has sold us out for their own benefit.
Mr./Mrs. Williams, a very straight forward and correct look at the situation. I would recommend sending emails to all your state's elected officials with the link to the Balance of Powers Act in it. Maybe if enough of us send this to our reps. and senators we can get them to act. If several of the states would simply pass this legislation we could start to repair this nation rather quickly because the other states would soon follow suit. The states that would not pass it would not be relevant because they would be the few truly liberal states, that I will not name. I hope and pray that we can get our states to act on this so that I won't have to drag my old rear out in the cold and possible have to shoot another U.S. citizen.
Yes, I understand that it has been sent by you. What I am suggesting is that we all send similar email/letters so that they understand it is not just a few but many that want them to take action.
@Twanna Was busy with Dr. appts today, then since getting home was catching up on the "Constitution 101" course, since I wasn't home earlier. So now just getting to here, to catch up here. Question? Can we send this same "letter" email to our Reps and add a note of support of our own, with our signature to it, without infringing on any ones right, etc.
I've been loading up my Reps with emails, and snail-mail letters, and would like to add this, with a personal endorsement of it from me, to the long list, as it's along the lines I've been trying to convey to them.

A good read- the only relative thought I could add is an explanation of what we the people ought do when our elected--and appointed officials act contrary to the Constitution--and when Congress refuses to IMPEACH a President who holds the Constitution in such contempt because it would be inconvenient to IMPEACH him?
Absolutely; and, the Governors of these said soverign states were SUPERIOR to the Federal Government as they, at that time, SENT THE SENATORS to washington dc...
There is only one Presidential Candidate who has not altered his message. He hasn't bowed down to pressure groups to grant them unconstitutional favors. He has held to his convictions and stuck rigidly to the constitution and promised to begin immediately to audit that one "privately owned'" enterprise which has caused more damage to the welfare of the nation than any combination of entities since 1913. He is not a dynamic speaker, but I will take truth over dishonest dynamics.
No other candidate on either side of the aisle will move to FIX the problems which have landed us right in the center of a manure pile, financially and morally. We elect Congressmen we think is going to obey and protect the constitution; send them to Washington and there they are handed an agenda contrary to our expectations AND contrary to the constitution and that is the agenda they follow. We are plagued with a government which is packed with a crew of dynamic pettifoggers who extort OUR finances to maintain their own uninterrupted terms of office. They have used us and abused us continually and now they are pulling the rug right out from under us. If we have a chance this year we had better change the dynamics.
James I can only surmise you are referring to Ron Paul. If so, my question to you is ... he has been in a postion to "FIX the problems which have landed us right in the center of a manure pile, financially and morally" but what has he done about it? He has been in CONgress for 21 years and what has he done to improve the situation?
Those who believe a "republican" president can or will just sign EOs to legislate from the oval office -- as the usurper has been doing for 3 years -- to pass their agenda are nuts. Even if one of them had the gonads to try it, the commies would scream bloody murder and they would back down.
Also, if your candidate is Ron Paul -- the one you refer to in paragraph one -- he has NOT "stuck rigidly to the constitution" as I have never heard him question the Article II, Section I, Clause V Constitutional eligibility of the current usurper soiling the People's House.
