U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush's administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to
force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By
signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control.

We are being led like a lamb to the slaughter (Socialism/Dictatorship).

I just heard on Rush that the administration has told the State Department to announce that the time is short for Iran and we have plans drawn up to strike Tehran if they don't react withing a certain number of days. What Rush didn't hit on is the Executive order which says that if we go to war with Iran, we will be under Martial Law, and the Czars and Department Heads are to nationalize ALL RESOURCES INCLUDING FOOD PRODUCTION AND FARMING, AND ALL WATER RIGHTS AND USAGE! (And NO ELECTIONS!)

God alone can undo all that has been set in place, He can see and it's all recorded.

Today is the date (May 17) that General George Washington decreed as a National Day of Prayer and Fasting for our Nation. If anyone didn't know about it before now, they can still join in. Glenn Beck had a man on today who has a book on "The Covenant" that our founders based this nation on which is why we had the blessings of God for the first 200 years.

May He have mercy and turn our nation around again and lead us back to Him, His Ways, and His Blessings.

Not only do we Christian patriots must attend the church of the most High Holy God's choice but should we not be worshipping on the Most High Holy God's choice day of the week??........ The Sabbath was made in creation week.  Was not the Sabbath made for man (not for Jews only)?  Were Jews in existence on the 7th day of creation?  Was man present on the 7th day of creation? Was Adam a Jew?...... Jesus said, "The Sabbath was made for man not man for the Sabbath." ~Mark 2:27-28  

Ezekiel 20:21 teaches a stern warning for even today's people what happens when we violate God's statues, commands & laws for righteous living...... Do you think we should stop the pagan worship holidays?  Should we worship on God's created hallowed and holy day that God HIMSELF set in motion with HIS own finger and voice?

Who took it on to change the Sabbath day to the first day of week???  Do you think we have been bamboozled and born into a BIG LIE?  Has not God been merciful and patient for a very very very long time with man?

This is Hussain's intent, no weapons for Americans=dictator for life!  No more United states, just a state under the one world govt.!  The land and sea treaty is equally as dangerous for the US.  Unfortunately these treaties can only be voted on by the senate, which you already know is libewral loon controlled!  Once a treaty is passed, even the next president cannot get rid of it, it becomes like an amendment to the constitution.  So if you want to be controlled and turned into slaves by fat autocrats from Iran, Iraq, France, Russia and the rest, do nothing.  If you don't want these treaties, you must contact your senators!!!!!  All you need to do is look at Britain who has a gun ban in place and remember the farmer who was confronted by a burglar turned robber and shot at him and was jailed for 4 years.  If that is what you want, do nothing.
