PATRIOTS:The very recent reversal by the Supreme Court of the "Firefighter Decision" that Judge Sotomayor was a party to, opens a wide breech in the Senate Judicial and full Senate hearings on her appointment proferred by Obama to Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. "The Supreme Court has reversed Judge Sotomayor in seven instances where it granted certiorari to review an opinion she authored". In a large number of these the Court ruled that errors in statuatory interpretations had occurred.This presents a new and important opportunity for us to apply more pressure to the members of the Senate Judicial Committee , to take the time to study in depth her past record on the Bench, before another "ram down the throat" decision is made. We can not afford to have another Obama stooge placed in a position to further emasculate the Constitution, this time in the guise of a member of the Supreme Court, whose most important role is protection of that basic document.It's time for an inundation of ALL members, Republican and Democrats alike, of the Senate Judicial. But we can't stop there, we must pour it on those other Senators who we think might be less likely to be bamboozled by the Democratic leadership. But above all, the time for action is now, before another 3AM decision is pulled off.Attached you will find an in process list of the members of the Senate Judicial Committee with Telephone and FAX Numbers, and Email addresses where known at this moment.
