I did not compose this.  It was sent to me by a friend.  I ask for your comments.

OUR GOVERNMENT IS ALMOST COMPLETELY OVERTHROWN

Our military and our armed forces are already given away!  President John F. Kennedy signed Public Law 87-297 in 1961 after it was passed by both houses of the Congress.  Our entire military is to be transferred on a permanent basis to a foreign power!  Technically, it is gone!

The federal government created and sneaked into the records a bogus permission, claiming they had the “consent of the governed” for all citizen-owned handguns to be prohibited.  Although the order hasn’t been issued yet for people to turn in all their handguns to a Surrender Agency, it will come in compliance to the stated order.

We no longer have presidents.  This happened when George W. Bush issued a massive Executive Order No. 13286, and merged the military together with the civilian law enforcement system under one head, and called it the Department of Homeland Security.   Such a merger is never done in a republic if it is to remain a republic!  It constitutes a dictatorship!  George Bush later issued a sequential Executive Order which transferred all the massive dictatorial power that E.O. 13286 contained, and moved it under Barak Obama.  Barak Obama is the first official dictator on American soil.

We no longer have a Constitutional Congress, which can be determined by the way it votes.  Example:  the Senate passed Senate Bill 1813 by a 74 to 22 vote. This socialistic law erects an infrastructure that makes possible total and complete management of the individual from cradle-to-grave.  Under the guise of elimination of poverty, socialists can decide where you will live and where you will work and when you can use your automobile, etc. building a totally planned society. This legislation has not been voted on in the House as of this writing.

Another example: Both houses of the Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act (which includes Section 1021 and 1022; thus, giving power to the federal government to seize, detain, capture, and/or hold indefinitely, a person without stating charges or giving the person arrested a trial, even though that person may be a U.S. citizen, or a lawful resident or lawful alien of the United States.   This evidence supports the charge that the constitutional presidency has been replaced by a dictatorship.

We have allowed an unqualified foreigner to be seated in the Oval Office at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, D.C. who refuses to state his eligibility while he is allowed to tear down the nation’s safeguards.  Nor has the Congress managed to disqualify him for his unfitness for office.

We have allowed our borders to become weak and impotent, and incapable of an effective defense against illegal persons with criminal records entering our country. Amnesty for them is suggested!  The oath of office has been besmirched and made meaningless by communists and socialist representatives who recite (with no sincerity) the Oath of Office, as a formality only, and then defile it.

Our “representatives” think that we should be content, but how long can we wait before we realize that our Constitutional system is just about GONE?  It was gradually destroyed:  piece-by-piece. When are We, the People going to require everyone who has assisted in our country’s demise to step down or be impeached?

If anyone wants to check this story out, just to go the MAIN library in your own town and ask to see the 18th United States Code. (18th USC), it will be huge, about 25 maroon binders.  Go to binder #9, and I believe its page 2251 or so, you will find US public law 87-297 still in the book, and with some FORTY (Yes that's right FORTY) amendments attached to it.  

I've attached both US Pub Law 87-297 without any amendments and document from which it was derived- Dept of State Publication 7277- (also signed into law by president JFK in September 1961) to help make it easier to research.

Major points from these two documents include:

It is to be implemented in a 3 tier program- we are currently in tier 3

1. This law is known as the freedom from war act

2. Over a 30~50 year time frame we are to abolish( That's right I said ABOLISH) the armed forces of the US

3. As tier 3 is completed we are to provide personnel, materiel, and funding to the United Nations for a global police force- As part of a projected one world government, to be under the direct control of the UN.

4. One final and major step is the undertaking to ban the manufacture, sale and ownership of privately owned arms worldwide. (See senate bill 4233 'The Global Poverty Act of 2007' for more on that one)

Question 1:

How many nations are included in our little 'global nuclear bomb club'? 

Answer:

The US, Russia, China, Great Britain, India, Pakistan, Israel, and most recently North Korea (Possibly faked)

According to Al J. Ventor author of "Allah's Bomb, Radical Islam's Quest for Nuclear Weapons'  Iran has had the bomb for more than ten years- they just never had access to the fissile material to finish them.  Now they do.  He also states that Saudi Arabia is another nation who is an undeclared nuclear power.

Question 2:

Why are all the START treaties ONLY between Russia and the United States?

Answer:

US Pub Law 87-297 and DOS Pub 7277 SPECIFICALLY STATE THIS REQUIREMENT

Do your homework folks, read these attachments, do your own research to validate mine and Ken's work here, the get angry and lets throw all these communists out of our country while we may still some kind of chance.

For the record I am a retired army E7 who spent 22+ years on active duty-17 of those overseas.  I have also spent 11 years in MI working on the army's spy planes, the OV-1D, RC-12 and U-21H.

Why do we, the USA have to send our "Hard-earned" tax payers money to these other "States" (Countries) as referenced? I am all for bringing people out of poverty, but why is it the responsibility of  the USA to do it? What they need to do is go after the "Dictators"  that receive all this money and live extravagant lifestyles while their people live in the horrid conditions created by their dictators? I am so sick of this crap, we wind up having to feed the entire world, and we can't do by ourselves, but they want us to....what happened to each "State"- Country being held accountable for the Governments who are supposed to make sure the food gets to the poor?

I have in my hand a Blue Hard Copy of Departement of State Printed State Department Document 7277 and it is word for word what your PDF amplifies.    You have provided an additional two documents I did not have on file.  Suffice it to say again.......THIS THREAT IS REAL and we are currently are in STAGE 3 of the printed document.

 

It is very obvious we have a group topped by our Executive Branch that do NOT have the Best Interests of the American People in mind.  Ever try to run a business without a Budget?  Try that when the Business we speak of is a Bankrupt American Government over 16 (admitted to) Trillion in Debt....   and the silly idea of a BUDGET would simply put that fact in print.

 

I fear we are headed for rough seas......   and unless a miracle lands at our feet... the need for preparation is now and real.  A Red Dawn Scenerio is approaching, we see it everyday in the news and too many are pretending.....

Many of us have been saying the same things for quite some time - and then we have otherwise intelligent folks, who may agree with us, who continue to let all this happen - their reply? "What do you expect me to do about it?"!!!!

I get frustrated because those who are watching KNOW that much of what is in this letter has already occurred. And I've been saying for quite some time that I will not be shocked if Nov. election is "suspended" because of "declared emergency" by the Impostor in Chief. The Occupy movement will take care of creating that emergency - as most of us know, their plans are well made and well-financed...and unless our local Police Dept. will support law and order, we are in for some VERY HARD TIMES!

As a citizen of the state of Tennessee I request you grant a hearing in the case of Rodney Dale; Class   V/S UNITED STATES dba CORPORATION          As a child I was herded into the hallways of my local school building to crouch along the block walls in fear of the ICBM threat from the soviet socialist state. I was taught about the threat of communism would invade and overtake us and impose a government that would oppress us and force us into servitude of the state.  It has come to my attention that this threat appears  to have become a reality, not  with an invasion but with clever strokes of a pen.    The lawmakers have enacted laws here in Tennessee that give the government actors/employees  immunity from prosecution for oppression or official misconduct by simply claiming to be ignorant of the laws. T.P.I. -- CRIM. 25.01 OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT   and     T.P.I. -- CRIM. 25.02 OFFICIAL OPPRESSION     both have the clause in them  that states   "that the defendant knew was unlawful"  These laws were broken and constitutionally protected  rights of our children were violated by the school  system, however nobody in this county or state will address the issue. No attorney will represent us due to a "conflict of interest" that I feel will become apparent in the presentation of the evidence in the a fore mentioned case.   Three generations of my family have taken the oath of office to join the USN and swore to defend the constitution of the United States of America from all enemies foreign or domestic just as you have done, I pray you will honor your oath and hear the charges and evidence presented and act upon your findings.   After being found "not the finest medically AMERICA has to offer" as a result of medical issues that were disclosed during my physical examination I was denied a chance to serve my country, however I  took the oath and feel I am still bound by that oath and am ready to serve should my country require or ask it of me.
