It has been a pleasure reading and discussing the problems in the United States with the members of this group. I have lived in many countries...lived, not visited, and I believe that I bring a world perspective to some of the discussions. However I as an now assigned to Panama (you know the country where the Panama Canal is located) and I cannot find a Panama State group it appears that I no longer welcome to participate in this forum. While I vote as a U.S. Citizen with an absentee ballot, the ballot is based on my mail forwarding service address. I have been here in Panama for the past 7 years and expect to be here a while longer.
Since I live outside the U.S.A. and cannot meet the stringent criteria as outlined by the notice of meeting with a state group, it appears that I am not wanted or needed in this forum.
Again it has been a great pleasure and I wish you all the very best.

If this were my situation, I'd just simply go to the state and county where I was born, Denver, CO, announce myself there, say that I'll be living in Panama but that I'd like to maintain my membership and activities through my state. Is this possible?

Clare, you may be one of the reasons I would not like to continue with this group. It seems that someone like you who jumps to conclusion and slanders their fellow patriots stays, while a person who signed a blank check for the United States for up to and including my life is just following posted rules. No where in the posted rules does it say you can lie and stay in the group. Maybe Hillary Clinton who is a serial liar would be welcome, I do not know. All I know is that I was trained to follow orders of my superiors and to follow rules and all I did with my original post was to wish everyone well and God's speed, then people like you, who get to maintain your membership in the Forum, start name calling and trying to stir stuff.
I am sorry Twana that I cannot tell you what I do unless you have a NSA clearance with the SAP stripe, and a secure server or secure telephone.

Specifically then, you quite simply drew a conclusion without having given your request time to be thought about and responded to. You concluded "it appears that I am not wanted or needed in this forum" which sounded to me like you were done, yet I hoped you would check back to speak with Twana regardless.
No stirring up, no name calling, no lying; my observation was affable, sir, not at all meant to offend. Since my two cents was meant to offer a possible solution, I was working for you, not against you.
I hope that you read my comment here since it is fair that I have an opportunity to address your criticism of me. I wish you all the best in all your future endeavors.
