The appeal is well written, and the Georgia Secretary of State, may well rule that Obama should NOT be on the Georgia ballot, which would be great!! But then the other cases in other states have to be heard, and as long as NO JUDGE RULES AGAINST OBAMA, it will be a long process, and how many states must remove him? 

No way he will be removed from all 50!  There's what, 6 more waiting in the wings?  This judge wouldn't rule on the "merits of the case", so what is to make any of us believe that any judge will?  How many have already refused to even hear the case? If Georgia Secretary of State, decides he can't be on the ballot, will the AG of Georgia, use the evidence and indict Obama and all those involved in his fraud put upon the People of the United States of America?  Congress won't impeach him, so who's going to arrest him? 

I love my country!  I just can't say the same thing about the politicians, and judges, and the people who would condone the behavior of this usurper!!  He hasn't done this fraud on his own!  It's been a long time in the works!!!

11/11/11 a whole bunch of Vets and others went to DC with grievances -- and NO ONE listened to them!! Not many are listening even now!! For everyone of us who are on sites like this, who want to restore our Republic, there are a whole lot whose eyes and ears are closed to what has and is happening to our country. How do you get them to open them, when the media won't report anything Obama doesn't want out there?

I'm just like so many Americans!! FRUSTRATED!!! Looking for answers!! Don't want my hopes lifted just to be slammed to the ground!!!

Her facts are good but she was too critical of Judge and used words that evoke emotion.She should just stick to facts. I think her being involved in this case was not needed.

I'm beginning to find the whining about nobody doing anything, and at the same time whining about some attorneys who are trying to do something, just that, whining.  Putting aside whether the attorney's made all the right decisions, and I'm not convinced they erred, they have put boots on the ground in a court, putting forth an argument that most patriots feel was on the mark, and meet the correct approach based on constitutional and SCOTUS points. Some are not happy with Taitz performance, but again she has put boots on the ground for a long time.

We have a Georgia Secretary of State, patriots, and attorneys standing in the breach, fighting the good fight, no deep pockets, and we're beginning to paint them in negative terms....just over 24 hours many of us are hip-shooting. A Judge made the finding which everyone I've heard from or viewed comments, agrees that the Judge grossly erred in a non-binding finding, or "letter to the editor". The Georgia Secretary of State will be the official to add or delete Obama to the Georgia ballot at some point.

I suggest, like the legal teams involved with the case, we take a deep breath, offer our observations, but wait a couple days to learn how the plaintiff's and their counsel will decide to move.

There is no easy solution to constitutional restoration.

Your're right Mr. Riley. I just googled SOS Kemp and emailed him my thoughts on the matter. Monday I will fax him my thoughts with a request that when he does view the briefs and evidence that he will uphold the oath he took to uphold the constitution.

I agree...it is hard not to be fighting mad and upset.  Personally, I like Orly's appeal, which accurately vents my hostility towards the Judge... in a judicial manner.  We should all send letters to the JQC, Judicial Qualifications Committee, venting our opinion that Judge Mahili acted with malicious bias and prejudice.  The JQC can only consider non-legal matters.  I have been forever ban from contacting them, but you can.  Additionally, we all can contact our Republican Senators Johnny Isaacson and Saxby Chambliss, but if they cared, they would have jumped into the battle early on....same goes for the Chairman of the Republican Party of Georgia, Sue Everhart.  THEY DO NOT CARE.  WE DO.  So, our hostility is rightfully directed in many directions, unfortunately, but we must choose the direction of most good.  Support Orly, support Carl Swenson, and all the plaintiffs in every way possible.  We are the few patriots willing to even voice our opinion and search for the truth.  If we give up, then guess who wins........We are outnumbered and out financed, so far, but so have other patriots been in this same situation.  We are the underdog, so we need to fight louder, longer, better, smarter, and as one.  May the Lord Bless our efforts.....
