Patty its not about being angry..THE CONSTITUTION PROVIDES THE ANSWER! ..its realizing that OUR VOTED CONGRESSMEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND REFUSE TO ASSST the taxpayer voters in getting to the TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA PUBLICLY!  THE CONSTITUTION IS A RAG ONLY FOR BIG GOVERNMENT USE...ITS NOT WE THE PEOPLE but "WE THE TAXPAYING SUCKERS" WE HAVE NO EQUAL TREATMENT UNDER THE LAW...BIG GOVERNMENT, JUDGES ARE PLAYING WITH OUR MINDS ...THE QUESTION IS WHO IS THE CENTRAL COORDINATOR AND POTUS PROTECTOR? WHERE IS CREEPY OBAMAS 2012 BUDGET? IF I FOUND THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES DROWNING IN THE OCEAN, AND I COULD SAVE THEM, MY FIRST QUESTION TO THEM WOULD BE , WHAT IS YOUR STANDING ?

patty..I read the case several times. It was 2009 and the plaintiffs did not present a good case.  There was little interest in this issue in 2009 and those that were concerned were called birthers and ridiculed. In the IN case one can read the judge's comments that most of the people, we mere citizens, do not agree with the plaintiffs.

"By treating court opinions as though they are general law, and not just law for a particular case, we become accomplices in delegating legislative powers to judicial officials, which is forbidden by Art. I Sec. 1 of the U.S. Constitution and similar clauses of state constitutions, which delegate legislative powers exclusively to the legislative branch, and allow for no delegation of legislative power to other branches."

IMO neither Judge, GA and In, knew squat about the Constitution.

In addition, way back then  English law may have been practiced in the colonies but the federal govt. never said every child born here was a natural citizen.

Now if you really want to look at this in view of history, what would be the intent by the founding fathers to have the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution ?  Why would John Jay write to Wahington about including nbc ?

What about Bingham?   I explained to my granddaughter that the ammendments, etc. reflect history and the current situation. I asked her " Why was the voter age changed to 18 ?" She knew the answer. Do you ?

patty   The plaintiffs also clained McCain was not eligible. It's not MY arguement of Happerset.I go with the 2 parents as citizens view based on our founding faters who did not want persons loyal to another flag to be eligible to be President.

Suzanne, I am in for Sept. 12th.....BUT, THIS IS TOO LATE FOR GEORGIA TO ACT.....WE MUST ACT NOW, while the iron is hot.  Come on Patriots, dag gum it!!!  Stand up or sit down!  WHAT DAY CAN WE MEET AT THE CAPITAL IN ATLANTA???....NOW!  With signs like...Constitution or No Constitution,...Law or No Law,....  If Brian Kemp is going to even consider going against the Judge, he ain't going to do it without a showing.  Are you mad enough to show or just mad enough to beat your gums and pound the keyboard?  I was there with Sean Hannity. If I stand alone, then I die alone.....Thanks.   I was there with my pitch fork at Carl Swennson's rally, last year.  I was there in the courtroom with Judge Mahili.  This is the TIME, and Atlanta is the PLACE!  During the week sucks...I work, but I will be there.....What is more important?!?!?!  IF EVER THERE WAS A TIME!!!  What do you say?

You guys keep arguing back and forth about the legality of precedence vs Constitutional .... WTF ..... I have 1 question if this is all so important then tell me this .... a recent inquiry via an unknown source within DHS and its E-verify system attempted to put the zero man's info into data base ..... What do you think happened when the answers came back ???

My point is this system has not been deployed ..... Why?????

perhaps there are extenuating circumstances .... My point is if he can't even pass the anomalies that are registered in this system how can he prove in the court of law he is a NBC ????

Excellent point Marty. I believe the reason some folks rushed in here is to spew their misinformation and of course mislead the folks who refuse to do their own homework and buy whatever crap they "want to believe."  We have become a people who prefer to believe what we prefer to be true - and to hell with factual truth.

As seen on Free Republic According to Carl Gallups  there have been no less than 8 Congressional attempts to either weaken or remove the Natural Born Citizen  qualification  from Jun 11,2003-- Feb.28 ,2008 and what WAS said in that Closed Door ,secret meeting with 8 of our supremes  many of them agreeing with Ginsburg   that our Constitution is not worthy of their defense and/support. -i.e. Justice Kennedy when they tossed our Bowers v. Harwick to accommodate the reprobates.back in 2003? Our  Presidential campaigns seem run more like Miss America contests where the pretty looks are more important than fundamental truth.The house/nation have been  divided against themselves so long it is no wonder it can no longer stand.As it is written"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine,but according to thei rown desires,because they have itching ears ,they will heap up for themselves teachers,and they will turn their ears from the truth,and be turned aside to fables. 2 Timothy 4: 3-4) Twana sums it up nicely.
