Leaked Pentagon Video - Flu Vaccine Use to Modify Human Behavior

Please help me verify if any of this is true or not. When I followed some links it took me to Occupy sites.

What you are about to hear is not science fiction or conspiracy theory but a glimpse of what is going on behind the closed doors of the United States Pentagon.

In a small auditorium labeled BC232 a man is presenting a discussion on how the military industrial complex can spread a virus and use a vaccine to extinguish what the pentagon calls undesirable human behavior. Specifically in this case religious behavior.

This is dark science my friends. With all the mandatory vaccine programs in the United States do not be deceived for a moment that something like this will not or possibly hasn't already been used on the American public.

I am also a "non" vaccine citizen.........do not trust any of this junk..........I am even paranoid about visiting my DR.  We have no idea of what they have been told to document by this and earlier administrations.  When I go for my yearly........I never get shots and never take antibiotics or drugs..........herbal and old fashioned remedies is all I will use especially since the occupier of the whitehouse  has been in office.

The speaker was delivering this information so mater of factually like he is completely programmed to delivering this type of information without the element of  human rational or emotional thought process.

George I posted it so all of us on PFA as a team can work on this to find out if this info is true or not. I do trust the woman that I got this info from....I also know to verify, and verify again. However, I'm sick and sleeping a lot more than normal....and therefore I need you all to help find out if it's true or not.

Like I said when I followed a link and it took me to an Occupier site - which sent off a thousand red flags going up. But the problem is...many people in our movement and that are linking arms with us believe this stuff. So.....I think we should vett the info for our team/group/unit.

With regard to the validity of the indicated research, it appears there has been significant research in the area of vmat2 gene suppression for well over a decade.  The vmat2 gene allows catecholamines produced in various part of the brain to flow freely though cell membranes where they basically stimulate aggression, among other things. The aggression part is what the video was targeting.  If you watch, you'll hear the speaker talk about the subjects being read things which stimulated an aggressive response or attitude.  

The Use of viruses to carry compounds to suppress or activate target genes isn't new, and it shows tremendous promise in destroying malignant tumors.  (If someone's interested, look up use of the AdP53 gene in cancer trials).

In the situation presented in the video, the hypothesis is that in people who are religious fanatics their vmat2 genes allow high levels of catecholamines to flood brain cells in the areas which control aggressive or fanatic behavior.  Therefore, if you can shut down or modify their vmat2 genes, you can control their fanatical behavior.  The most effective method of delivery is via viruses such as modified HIV or Rhino virus (cold virus and various influenza viruses).  You have to think of a virus as a "robot dump truck" with a payload.  If you remove the original "bad payload" and replace it with a "good payload", when you introduce the virus to the human body, rather than doing something bad (like causing AIDS or the flu), the virus "dump truck" delivers and dumps the new payload, enabling the payload (compound) to do what it needs to do.  In this case, it's shutting off the vmat2 gene, thereby inhibiting or shutting off the flow of catecholamines to the brain cells and theoretically making the subject person more docile or unaffected by whatever the perceived negative stimulus is. The most likely method of virus delivery would be via aerosolization.  (We do this naturally when we sneeze.)

FYI, because of it's association with religious "fanatics", the vmat2 gene was also dubbed the "God gene" back in late 2003 by geneticist Dean Hamer and caused a huge stink when he published a book about his work in 2005.

So, yes the research is real.  Should we be concerned about our government using it on the American public?  IMHO, with the current environment being orchestrated by TPTB...most definitely.

Some of the information is readily available on the web, if you know where to look, but I also worked for a gene therapy research lab associated with M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital here in Houston a few years ago that was involved in several cancer trials governed by the NIH using viruses as a preferred means of delivery for the manipulation of genes to kill tumors.

Hopefully my explanation in my original reply wasn't too simplistic, but the concept and details of the process can be somewhat cumbersome to explain.

I had to refresh my memory on some of the information, so I read through quite a number of the abstracts and papers that have been presented.  The research is fascinating and the potential for healing diseases like cancer and Parkinson's is almost miraculous.  That said, the potential for nefarious application could keep you up at night if you let it.
