Conservative Pressure Sinks LOST
It's official. Thanks to conservatives, the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) is effectively sunk.
For months, conservatives across the country have been calling and emailing their Senators in an effort to push them to oppose this UN treaty. Since then, a steady stream of Senators have come out in opposition to the dangerously-flawed treaty.
Thanks to the dedication of conservatives like you, thousands of phone calls went into offices of the Senators who had not yet signed onto the letter. And thanks to those calls, the final six Senators needed to stop the treaty indicated their opposition.
President Obama and Senator John Kerry tried to hand over America's sovereignty, but because of the hard work of grassroots conservatives like you, our nation and economic future are more secure. From the whole Heritage Action team, we want to thank you for standing up for sovereignty and convincing your Senators to oppose this treaty.

What I am still trying to find out is if the US is still obligated to follow the treaty if Ojugears/Hitlery sign it and the Senate does NOT vote to ratify. This is what Dick Morris is saying about the arms treaty. BogusPOTUS/SOS sign it and senate does NOT vote "No" we still have to follow the treaty according to the Vienna Convention (not Geneva). As long is there is NO no vote. So of course, Reid does not schedule a vote because he knows it would be voted down. The way around our Constitution.
What Dick Morris said was, until another president refutes the treaty we cannot make any laws that would be against the treaty. Of course I am a little suspicious of anything Morris says, he is a liberal convert. I can certainly understand his conversion since he did it because of the o and his election.
Johnny, I know he said that about the Arms Treaty but I have yet to hear anybody say the same about LOST. We just keep hearing about how the LOST treaty is dead, sunk, finis, no mas.
Sally, I have not researched to find out if what he is saying is true but would think that if it is it would apply to any treaty that he signed. Another reason we need to get him out and get someone in that will refute ALL his garbage.
This is indeed good news for ALL Americans...we need more of this now!!
