I've been following this case for a while and although they have had some success, I do not advise stomping off to another state to remove public officials from another state office other than your own.
It's best to do your own research and perhaps inquire about the same/similar actions in your own state. Which Hudok website also advocates and provides lots of research documents/information.
I have to give them a H/T credit though - at least they are doing something, and it has been a lot of work on their part. I've done some research on this issue for the state of Maryland ... it's a lot of work that is not without some serious risks.
I personally advocate the restoration of the United States Constitution and the Maryland State Constitution and not for what a foreign or domestic entity to cherry pick my American Freedom as they think is entitled to me.
So - What is really going on here? What is this group Hudok advocating? What is their belief?? What is their contentions?

This Hudok group is operating under the belief, and the position that the original 1787 Constitution of The United States of America was abolished and abandoned in 1867. It was replaced by the 'Corporation" of the City of Washington D.C. under which a 'new' Constitution of the "CORPORATION" of the United States of America was created. The belief is that since that time we - all Americans, have been and are now living under the laws of the Corporation. And We-The-People do NOT exist. We do NOT have a Constitution as we have all been taught to believe. The Republic of The United States of America with a Government under the US. Constitution has not existed since 1867. And if that is not enough to get your attention, These people and many others who follow this same belief are advocating to secede from this "Foreign" Corporate Governance known as The United States of America under this 1867 Constitution.
Talk about a loaded subject - this is one of them;
Some of you here that were active during the last few months of the OAS forum are very familiar with this issue and the subject. Those discussions lasted for months. (I hope they are NOT repeated here). The problem comes from the originations and creation of the City of Washington D.C. (The District of Columbia). Under the original charter of that city all management of the city - (everything) was placed under the control and leadership of the US Congress. Now these people can't manage their own check books - let alone manage an entire city. So in 1867 the City of Washington D.C. was Incorporated as a Municipality. And as a Municipality it was in deed Incorporated. This is what we all know today as a Municipal Corporation, and all cities in the US are incorporated. The RUB and the sticking point comes in because this city also had to have a 'Constitution" ,,,,,, D. C. is NOT a STATE, and therefore it is NOT a part of any of the surrounding states. All States have their own Constitution, and the CITY of D.C. is no different. THAT "Constitution" for the CITY of Washington D.C. was written as a copy of the original Constitution of the USA with the revisions of creating the Municipal Corporation. That is what is now being misinterpreted as the "Corporation " of the United States of America. There is and never has been any proof showing that the United States it self was ever incorporated. Unless of course you want to dig up that Municipal Corporation Constitution. Next comes the 14th amendment, - which in it self has its own set of loaded powder keg issues.
I told you this was a LOADED topic.This whole issue goes to the discussion of Sovereignty. The Sovereignty of the United States of America. The sovereignty of the States. And the Sovereignty of the individual citizens, (The people.)
Groups such as this Hudok and many others are advocating to denounce all citizenship and participation in this Corporate Constitution. We have a group of people here in Texas that follow these same beliefs. They are advocating total secession from the "Corporate" US, and the formation of the New Republic of Texas. Now - for the record - I AM NOT FOLLOWING ALONG WITH THOSE BELIEFS, I am NOT advocating for secession. (Unless and until that becomes our last and final step.) Instead I am following the belief that our original Constitution still exists, (or at the very least it can be restored.) And I believe the United States of America Under our original Constitution of the REPUBLIC can and should be restored. I believe the country and our nation should remain in tact, as a whole nation. (One nation under GOD).
And I believe this Nation is worth fighting to preserve. Go back and read Col. Harry Riley's original Mission Statement for the OAS and this PFA network. No place within that statement will you find the avocation or suggestion that we should abandon or abolish our Constitution or our Nation. Instead he was advocating for the restoration of our Constitution. I swore an OATH to preserve, defend and obey that Constitution, against ALL enemies foreign or Domestic - so help me GOD. And I intend to honour that OATH until the day that I die.

Amen! I took the same oath and I intend to honour that OATH until the day I die, by the grace and power of God.
I've just about 'had it' with the Article 5 Convention groups, the Sovereign Individual groups, UNs' Agenda 21, and all of the Executive Orders, Executive Actions, and Executive Directives that have redesigned and in some cases have shredded our Constitution.
I took that OATH also...SEMPER FI....So did millions of other Americans ...But just what does it mean if we continue to allow our country to be overrun by immoral,unconstitutional,corrupt,Muslim and or Marxist ideras...Just what have any of us done about it..When we were trying to build a solid OAS rally the people that told me i was crazy and or to basically go to hell were the veterans groups..So really folks just how much does that OATH truly mean to all of those who took it.....I would conclude not much...I will say i will honor the OATH also but just what are we doing to honor it? We can talk about it all day but just how does that honor the OATH....

Unfortunately George, You're right. I guess OAS was just a little too early, their are perhaps now more people who would be willing to give it a try and join us. But now I fear it may be too late. I can only try to keep my hope and prayers up that sooner or later our Military and those EX-Military officers that have been booted out will eventually hear us and make a stand. We have to keep trying.
As for me - there's no telling what I'm eventually going to do; except that I will honor that oath, one way or another; So Help Me GOD.

Does anyone know how to contact the Military officers who have been booted out by POTUS, and the Christians who are leaving the U.S. Military? Perhaps there would or could be some leadership from these ranks - since, I believe, they took the same oath that we did to defend the Constitution of the United States and protect against all enemies foreign and domestic.
Today I heard that Retired General John Allen is stepping down as Obama's Islamic State War Czar. Now what?
