Brett lists several examples of who would be considered a natural born American.  In short, people like Marco Rubio or Bobby Jindal can breathe a sigh of relief.  They are good to go.

 

All the law requires is that the mother be an American citizen who has lived in the U.S. for five years or more, at least two of those years after the age of 14. If the mother fits those criteria, the child is a U.S. citizen at birth, regardless of the father's nationality.

As a student of the founding documents, I can confirm based upon Washington's writings, that he never did return Law of Nations, as he found it to be the only true interpretation of natural law and thus natural born citizenship, in essence, immortal! I wonder what kind of fire storm we might have if all of these people that are exerting energy to get Obama removed form office for reasons of not being a citizen and sundry other issues. If they were to apply all of this energy and resources to get some one into the office that is not as dangerous as Obama. Then begin an ardent campaign to educate people on the constitutional issues that are being ignored and dismissed by the elected politicians we put into office.

Not so many years ago when I was going to school I was taught how to think (having the ability to think for your self).

Today the children are taught what to think (brain washing on a mass scale). Just take a look  at the OWS crowed, 75% of these protesters don't even know what they are protesting nor do they know who is the leadership of the movement.

The Tea Party at least knows the direction they are going and many recognize people you might call leadership quality and what is required to get the results needed for real reform.

I am very aware that this rambling is all over the political spectrum but I hope some of you will glean some thing from this.

Having expended so much energy to expose the truth about the usurper's ineligibility to hold the office of president would you have us then support and vote for someone else who could potentially become president but is, however, not eligible to hold the office?  To have railed endlessly about the usurper and his lack of eligibility and then vote for another ineligible candidate simply because he is of a different political persuasion would seem to me to be the ultimate hypocrisy.

Brett Baier's opinion is just that, an opinion without substance.  However, given the position he holds there is no option but to attack his false statements.  Rumors get started and before long they take on the presence of "fact" and before long they are spouted as constitutional guidance.

Brett Baier, is as someone else has posted, a few cards short of a full deck.  He's not the brightest bulb on Fox News but he is loyal to media spin...that's where his pay-check comes from.

Corsi is kind and less than convincing in his arguments on WND........in my opinion Corsi should have started his response with "Baier's full of sh.." and gone from there.

That is partially true, except Rubio's parents didn't become citizens until he was 5, so he is not a natural born citizen. I won't accept a Constitutional change for Oblama, nor will I accept one from the Republicans.
