Want a real kick in the pants to get your Friday morning off to a start?

You remember the Islamic terrorist who committed Jihad in Ft. Hood against his fellow Soldiers, Nidal Hasan, right? Well, that murdering traitor is still drawing more than $6K a month in military pay while he sits in jail awaiting trial.

That’s tax dollars — yours and mine, going to this man.

BELTON — As he sits in the Bell County Jail, accused of the Nov. 5 Fort Hood shooting that left 13 dead, Maj. Nidal Hasan continues to receive his monthly U.S. Army paycheck, which based on his
rank and experience is probably more than $6,000.

Now, I understand “due process” and “innocent until proven guilty” as much as the next guy — but this is a slap in the face to the victims of Hasan, the Ft. Hood community, and the 42% of us who actually pay taxes
in this country.

I remember when I was in the Army, that a lot of my buddies who were disciplined with an Article 15 often forfeited up to half their pay as part of their punishment. I guess I just assumed that the Army had
already done something similar with this PoS.

There is some good news though — his bank (Bank of America) will no longer accept his direct deposit checks:

But Hasan, charged with a shooting spree that shocked the country, is not a standard defendant. And he’s having a hard time finding a bank to take his money.

According to his civilian attorney John Galligan , Bank of America notified Hasan last month that it was closing his account and no area bank so far has agreed to open an account for the Army psychiatrist.
Military regulations require soldiers to be paid through direct
deposit, making a bank account indispensable.

“I think it’s just another example of the prejudice that he’s been exposed to,” Galligan said. “It’s money that he’s entitled to, that he has a right to.”

Hasan’s attorney sounds like a real piece of work. Any sound bites that try to portray his murdering terrorist client as a victim (poor baby’s been “prejudiced against…”) turn my stomach and make me hope that
Mr. Galligan goes broke and eventually dies alone in a homeless
shelter.

Every penny of Hasan’s pay (until he’s found guilty and then immediately dragged outside, lined up against a wall and shot until he’s dead) should be held in an account to be used to help the families of
his victims.

By doing what? Getting yourself, and maybe others as well, killed, or at best tossed in jail? Without organization there's no chance. Go after your state legislature and keep after them to nullify, and to prepare for the possible, maybe probable need to secede from the Union; that's the organization we have to work with or fail entirely, but we also need military leadership and I haven 't seen anyone rushing forward for that job, have you? I was a non-combatant, and can see that's essential. And while your ancestor was signing the Declaration, mine was out with Washington fighting to make this a nation. Believe me, I feel as strongly as you do about not letting that heritage down. However, I don't believe we can do so without using our minds, and being prepared to go to battle. And we need to be focused on who the real enemy is as well. Now if you have a leader in mind or a more constructive plan than the one I suggested, by all means please share it...

No it can't, and I suspect we'll be facing war pretty much whatever happens, because there's been too much divisiveness fostered and too many militantly hateful toward each other and American culture and people brought or allowed in for too long now, that it's coming to a head and will spill our regardless. Allan West is running for either the House or Senate in FL now, and would possibly be better suited for that. Also a possible is Paul Vallely, MGEN USA retired, of Stand Up America. He's had a bit more upper level command experience too, having been second in command of the Pacific area when he retired. Check him out, and see what you think. I was thinking West might be someone to watch for 2012 as a possible for the White House if he does well in Congress.

Okay, then, let's start there; He's certainly a man who knows some about military leadership, more than you or I do, I suspect. I still think West is someone to watch for civilian leadership, if he succeeds this election, to see how he does in Congress, as a strong possible. I'm a firm believer the CIC should have at least have served in the military him/herself in some capacity, so as to have a modicum of understanding for how the mindset works and how the system works as well; even a non-combatant does learn that. And he /she should have been willing to take orders before trying to give them, as well. West has that experience and has some command experience likely as well, a plus. It would help him coordinate with active duty brass hats And we sure need someone with the "right stuff" in the civilian leadership as well!

It is quite evident to most Americans that the current political system we now have is irretrievably broken. The Republicans and Democrats have failed America. We now find ourselves in jeopardy of losing the very freedoms and liberties our founding fathers codified in the United States Constitution.

There are no real differences between the Republican and Democratic Parties. The Progressive agenda has permeated every aspect of our government. As a result, more power has flowed into the hands of the federal government.

So long as the federal government guaranteed us security and a
livelihood though, we gladly gave up the freedoms that most of us have taken for granted. Over the years, these freedoms have slowly eroded away.

If we do not stand together and demand that our Republic be restored back to the form envisioned by our founding fathers, we will slowly dissolve into a socialist state.

To prevent this from happening, we must completely dismantle the progressive political engine created by career politician to maintain their hold on power. The easiest way to do this is to vote out every single incumbent politician and replace him or her with common ordinary American patriots.

Serving our nation in the capacity of a representative should be
considered an honor and a privilege and not a career. Most, if not all politicians now in power, look upon public service as a means to provide a livelihood. Vast amounts of money are spent to win a position within government and once won; the incumbent almost always manages to remain in power. These same politicians set up rules that prevent any outsider from getting elected.

The only choices we have at the ballot box are the candidates offered by the two major parties. This means we really have no choice at all.

I fear for our nation and our way of life. I have witnessed our liberties and freedoms dwindle for quite some time. It is clear to me that if we are to rescue our nation from being led down the path towards socialism, we need to elect an individual who has no self serving interest in getting elected and sees public service as an honor and a duty.

I have decided to run for President of the United States - not to make politics a career, but to rescue our nation from the jaws of socialism and return it to a nation of liberty, freedom and justice. Our Republic cannot exist unless the people have supreme power in government. As it stands now, supreme power lays in the hands of the career politician.

Why is it imperative to vote for a common ordinary patriot such as myself? The reason is quite simple; Career politicians mainly desire to maintain their grip on power and to consolidate that power into a strong centralized federal bureaucracy. This is not what our founding fathers envisioned when they penned the United States Constitution. The framers of the Constitution demanded that power to be held by the individual States. Limitations of power for the federal government were specifically spelled out. Those powers not granted to the federal government belonged to the States.

Career politicians at the federal level have consolidated power at the expense of the States. This has resulted in a limitation of our liberties and freedom. If we are to ever return power where it belongs, we must vote for people who believe the way I do.

I have a strong compulsion to do good and strongly desire to defend the well being of the community. Serving this nation is an honor and a duty and not a job description. If we continue to elect the same people from the two tired old parties, we will continue to descend into the abyss.

Time is short and I fear we have only one shot at restoring the Republic. An well-organized effort would be successful in regaining control of this nation. I believe we must focus as a people in doing just that. So long as those in power have a monopoly on the election system, we will never receive justice.

If I attain the highest office in the land, I will do everything in my power to return this nation governance back to the form intended by our founding fathers. With your help we will be successful. This is why it is important to vote for me to be the next President of the United States.

Thank you I wanted to get a name out to all, like you I believe if we stay with the current system we are going to forfeit all of are freedoms.

The political structure is white wash and filled with so much bull the average American becomes frustrated with trying to desifer the truth and what is in the hidden agendas they one don't even vote or they fall short of the truth and pick a box.

I've also been to his site and he does look good thus far. Certainly better than the choices the parties will offer us. and we definitely need to get rid of both of them and to set strict term limits to "public service " in general, not just Congress; to eliminate the future possibility of "career" politicians. and keep the duties to true patriots who care about running the country for the best good for all her citizens, not merely their own benefits, or an handful of rich and powerful people, and we need to eliminate the "professional" lobbies, the corporate and union influences on our government, etc; so it goes back to being of, for, and by the PEOPLE, as intended. We also need to educate voters to recognize that choosing a public official isn't about a popularity poll or who's the most photogenic on TV; that it's serious business and we need to put in office the people best able to do the JOB for which they're being elected; people with ethics{real ethics that is, not situational} and morals, because if they don't have those in their personal lives, they won't in their public lives either. If we don't aspire to our own better natures and expect that of our leaders... well, look around you and see what you get.

My opinion is this is so deep rooted from current Corporate Fed Res., Corporate Military these two structures control most of the power in Washington.

I believe we have a few others from out of country also involved. And you are spot on with the Dem. and Rep. they are the same agenda. Propaganda in WWII proved the effectiveness of hidden lies.

His Kenyan birth certificate can be viewed at http://americangrandjury.org on the home page just look for the baby foot print on the right hand side of the page about 2/3 of the way down the page, with the name Lucas Smith. He's the fellow who actually went to Kenya and brought it back. What Snopes' "verified" was the certification of live birth , on a form not in use in HI until 2001, and not accepted by the state as proof of anything except that a baby was born alive, period, until last year, conveniently after one of Obama's visits there. He was subsequently adopted by Lolo Soetoro, as Barry Soetoro, under Indonesian law, which negated his Kenyan citzenship, and to my knowledge, he's never naturalized or legally changed his name back to the one he's using, which is the one listed on his birth certificate, but the adoption legally changed that also. Then there are the fraudulent SSN's he's using and has been using, since his return to the US...
