OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE 'COMPUTER -GENERATED FORGERY'

"President Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery, not a scan of an original 1961 paper document as represented by the White House when the long-form birth certificate was made public," Arizona's Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said at a press conference today in Phoenix.

This is the major preliminary finding of a six-month ongoing Sheriff's Cold Case Posse law enforcement investigation into the authenticity of Obama's birth certificate and his eligibility to be president.

Having developed probable cause to believe the long-form birth certificate was most likely a computer-generated forgery, investigators began examining other evidence of President Obama's life history.

Investigators additionally have developed credible evidence suggesting:

• President Obama's Selective Service card was most likely a forgery, revealed by an examination of the postal date stamp on the document;

• Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama's birth, including the dates Aug. 1, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961.

Beginning in October 2011, the Sheriff's Cold Case Posse, consisting of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, examined dozens of witnesses and hundreds of documents, as well as taking numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

In August 2011, 250 members of the Surprise, Arizona, Tea Party, residents of Maricopa County, presented a signed petition asking Sheriff Arpaio to undertake the investigation.

The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was utilized to obtain a position for Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.

The Cold Case investigators further determined that the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in what Sheriff's investigators believe is a systematic effort to hide from public inspection whatever original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may have in their possession.

"Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures, to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have," said Mike Zullo, the lead investigator in Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse.

The Cold Case investigators have not yet determined who, when, or precisely how the long-form computer-generated birth certificate released on April 27 may have been forged, but investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.

The Cold Case Posse investigators advised Sheriff Arpaio that the forgers most likely committed two crimes: first, in fraudulently creating a forgery that the White House characterized, knowingly or unknowingly, as an officially produced governmental birth record; and second, in fraudulently presenting to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery the White House represented as "proof positive" of President Obama's authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

"A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery, and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery," Arpaio said.

Among the evidence released at the press conference were five videos the Cold Case Posse produced to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.

The videos consisted of step-by-step computer demonstrations using a control document.

The videos were designed to display the testing used by the investigators to examine various claims made by supporters of the April 27 document.

The videos illustrate point-by-point the investigators' conclusion that the features and anomalies observed on the Obama long-form birth certificate were inconsistent with features produced when a paper document is scanned, even if the scan of the paper document had been enhanced by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and optimized.

Additionally, the videos demonstrated that the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar's name stamp and the Registrar's date stamp were computer-generated images imported into an electronic document, as opposed to actual rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.

"That we were able to cast reasonable suspicions on the authenticity of the Registrar stamps was especially disturbing, since these stamp imprints are designed to provide government authentication to the document itself," Zullo said, stressing that if the Registrar stamps are forgeries, the document itself is likely a forgery.

The investigators also chronicled a series of inconsistent and misleading representations that various Hawaii government officials have made over the past five years regarding what, if any, original birth records are held by the Hawaii Department of Health.

"As I said at the beginning of the investigation," Arpaio said, "the president can put all this to rest quite easily. All he has to do is demand the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm, and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession."

Arpaio further stressed the Hawaii Department of Health needs to provide, as part of the full disclosure, evidence regarding the chain of custody of all Obama birth records, including paper, microfilm, and electronic records, in order to eliminate the possibility that a forger or forgers may have tampered with the birth records.

Arpaio went on to say the President should also authorize Kapiolani Hospital, the birth hospital listed on the Obama long-form birth certificate, to release any and all hospital patient records for Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, his mother, and for the newly born Barack Obama, in order to provide additional corroboration for the original 1961 birth records held in the Hawaii Department of Health vault.

"Absent the authentic Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other credible proof supporting the idea or belief that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, as he and the White House have consistently asserted," Zullo said.

"In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States."

Arpaio concluded the press conference by suggesting a congressional investigation might be warranted and asked that any other law enforcement agency with information referencing this investigation be forwarded to his office.

Over Obama's Constitutional Eligibility

Sen. John Sydney McCain III,

Not so long ago in the military there were certain acts looked upon with such disdain that we seldom even spoke of them. In fact, we seldom actually encountered them, so there was no need. One is cowardice and another is worse, much worse –treason.

For the sake of others reading this letter, I point out that all service members enlisted and officer alike takes an Oath. While the Oaths are slightly different we are individually bound to them. What follows is the Oath taken by the Officers:

“I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

It is important for those seeing this for the first time to note, the Oath for officers specifically states that the Constitution will be supported and defended against all enemies and it acknowledges that the enemy may be found on foreign soil or in one’s own backyard. I would even say an enemy can arise in oneself if the desires of personal gain or power or sense of self importance are allowed to become greater than the desire to honor ones Oath. Perhaps indeed, this is the greatest enemy for none are immune to it and it is insidious in is appearance.

Would you not agree, Senator McCain, it is implicit that a United States Military Officer or Public servant who takes this oath and then conspires or is a party to an act or actions that seeks to undermine by purpose of evasion, the spirit and intent of the Constitution of the United States would fit the definition a traitor? Would you not also agree that those who take the Oath are not at liberty to pick and choose which parts of the Constitution they will defend while choosing to ignore others? One part is not separable from the others just as we, as a Nation, are not separable from the sovereignty of our creator from which our rights come.

Some time ago, I wrote you a personal letter pleading with you to honor your oath you took as a Military officer and then again as a United States Senator. The letter cover was clearly marked that the contents were personal and for you only. While it was initially returned unopened- the second mailing was not, so I must assume you received it.

In my letter I pleaded with you to once again display the courage you did as young Naval Aviator and then as a POW in Vietnam. I asked you to stop and consider if you had put your own ambitions and sense of self importance in front of your duty. I asked you to step forward and apologize to the Nation for not being honest with us. I assured you and I had full confidence that such an act of humility would be accepted and the American People would forgive you of your trespass, for your action would spare us from an ongoing injustice of such proportion our Nation has never seen before. I pleaded with you for the good of our Nation and even for your own redemption to come forward and expose the greatest fraud that has been and is being perpetrated on the American people; a fraud in which you yourself played a part. I acknowledged how difficult it would be and I also acknowledged the necessity of it just the same. I NEVER received an answer-nothing from you, not so much as single word. Not an explanation-nothing. The same silence you exhibited during the 2008 campaign.

So now I am given no choice but to write this for all to see. I cannot find the words to describe the extent of my disappointment but only state that it grieves me immensely as I trusted you and respected you as a fellow military officer. Before I discovered what I am about to tell the Citizens, I even gave you something that was precious to me, my vote for you to become the President of the United States. In this moment, I would rather have suffered total disenfranchisement from my right to vote, than to bear the shame and embarrassment that I gave my vote to you.

As a US Military officer, in keeping with my oath of office I demand that you, Sen. John Sydney McCain III, answer not to me but to the Citizens of the United States why you are not guilty of treason. Please show them that I am in error and that you did not betray your Oath as an Officer and as a Representative of the People.

Explain to them why your name and that of Barrack Hussein Obama BOTH appear on Senate resolution 511 declaring you John Sydney McCain III a “Natural Born Citizen” by virtue that BOTH of your parents were US Citizens regardless you were not born on sovereign US soil.

I am not going to belabor myself explaining to you the basis for my assertion that neither you or Barack Hussein Obama meet the Constitutional requirements to hold the office of POTUS. I am certain you know what defines a “Natural Born Citizen “and America is learning quickly. What I am clearly stating is that both you and Barak Obama had SERIOUS questions regarding your qualifications under Art. II section 1 of the United States Constitution. I am clearly stating that BOTH your names are in the Congressional record of SR 511. Tell me how this does not show that there was collusion between you and Barack Hussein Obama to undermine the Constitution of The United States. Why is Barack Hussein Obama’s name on that document with yours? Is this what bought your silence during the campaign?

Many people believe that if Barack Obama was not qualified to hold the office YOU would have brought this up during the campaign. Those that are less informed and support Barack Obama use this claim as “proof” that Barack Obama is himself qualified. They use this to ridicule and demean the very citizens you represent and you do absolutely nothing except remain silent on the issue and let them bear the brunt of the insults. You stood by while Lt Col Terry Lakin was stripped of his honor, everything taken from him to include his freedom just as you were in Vietnam and you did NOTHING. Do you not think the People have a right to an explanation? Tell them plainly why YOU would not be BEHOLDING to Barack Obama on the very issue of eligibility? DID YOU VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION?

It is not now nor ever was my intent to publicly humiliate you, or in any way bring disrespect upon the office of the Senate that you occupy. I hope you see that you have given me no choice but to move this to the public arena. I will not remain silent while I see our Constitution shredded before my eyes by what appears to be an act of treason. You were elected to serve the people not yourself and you are not above them. I am certain that this letter will make you angry but I am not the one who betrayed my Oath, you are. Please, I am asking you again to step forward and do what is right for yourself and the country. We all have made mistakes and we all are entitled to forgiveness but only when we confess those mistakes and ask for it.

If I am wrong I will withdraw my demand and offer you a public apology and I will ask for forgiveness from you. If I am right however I remind you that Judas Iscariot had his price, the promise of 30 pieces of Silver. For him, in the end, he lost everything to include his soul. No price is worth that. Certainly not the Presidency, not your Senate seat – not even if one were to gain the entire world. Was a Quid pro Quo in the form of a promise of silence regarding the illegal candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama your price? Did you commit treason or were you duped? I still believe you have an opportunity to reconcile yourself to your Oath of office and to the American people and to God; but the open door to this opportunity will at some point close FOREVER and no amount of pleading to the people will redeem you. The cloak of darkness that has kept this from the American people is rapidly coming unraveled. This fraud WILL BE EXPOSED and your part in it will not be forgotten. You will be held accountable to the American people in a court of law or before the Congress. Do not miss the opportunity to step forward -the time is now not later.

If I may be allowed to enter my sentiments in regards to Sheriff Joe Arpaia’s press conference dated July 17^th, 2012. Col Harry Riley – near the beginning of this discussion thread you asked whether or not this was enough to get people even a little bit upset. I’m sorry to tell you Col. that at this moment I am not upset by this. Not any longer. I am neither surprised, angered, or even disappointed any longer. I am slightly disappointed that our United States House of Representatives and the Supreme Court has chosen to completely ignore this issue. I am disappointed that they have allowed the question of eligibility to continue to go unanswered for so long. It appears that we do not have one single member out of the 545 members of our federal government officials who has the courage and honor to even raise the question of the president’s eligibility according to the Constitution. I am greatly disappointed, yes, but not the least bit surprised.

The letter to Senator John McCain posted here by Mr. Edward S Davison Jr. is perhaps one of the best, well written, and most poignant letters I think I have ever seen. Plainly put – it pretty much says it all. Unfortunately it also applies to all members of our Congress along with all members of our federal government at this point in time.
The only group or individual in all of this so far that has gained or maintained any level of respect and integrity is Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his “Cold Case Posse”. For that and all their hard work I thank them sincerely.
As for the Patriots here on this PFA forum board, we may have missed a very significant message in that press conference.

 

When Sheriff Joe said he was now going to hand the issue over to someone else – but he didn’t know who, I think he may have been referring to us, We The People. He just simply stopped short of saying it. In any case it does now appear that we may be the only remaining entity who can bring the issue to its rightful conclusion.

As I said above, I am not upset by this. Not any longer. I am neither surprised, angered, or even disappointed any longer. Instead I have simply strengthened my resolve. I must protect my family and make some investments in stock, heavy metals and ropes.
