Let's get a dialogue started.......what do you folks think........what's the impact on the Constitution is Obama is sworn in and is not qualified in accordance with Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution..........

Until Hussein produces some form of proof of citizenship, everything is speculation. I don't believe he is qualified but until someone in our government questions it, we (citizens) are going to suffer for it. Not the elected officials, the privileged ones or the annointed ones--us.
I am an optimist, I know he will voluntararily show proof or it will become public another way. That's when all hades will break loose.
Well Harry this is a difficult one. Inasmuch as most Democrats could care less about the Constitution and BHO's birth certificate. Myself, I think he is NOT a natural born citizen, but then again so many people think he is because he was allegedly born in Hawaii. If tell them he wasn't they think you're ;misinformed as he went to school here. Whether he was born here or not, nothing has been presented to anyone that reflects his true nationality or place of birth. I salute Mr. Berg for pursuing this issue through the courts up to the Supreme Court and hopefully they will determine the truth and make the true birth certificate available to all Americans. What will happen if the Supreme Court decides not to act...? Wow, then we are in real trouble in my opinion. Would a cout-d'etat occur? Would nothing happen? Would the public demonstrate daily in millions in front of the Supreme Court? You got me!! Hopefully we'll get the truth from our Supreme Court.
My feelings about this are pretty simple, if you have nothing to hide, then just produce the damn thing. His obstinate reluctance to do so speaks volumes. He's a typical corrupt Chicago politician. And apparently, he likes to surround himself with similarly qualified people. Secretary of the Treasury and he's delinquent on over $30,000 in back taxes? Are you kidding me? Chief of Staff on tape in the middle of the Blagojevich scandal? Again are you kidding me?
As far as I am concerned, until he provides the documentation necessary to prove he's actually qualified to hold the office, I refuse to recognize his election and I refuse to call him Commander in Chief.
Grunt nails it......produce the document or confirm fraud.......I think the establisment are scared to death he might be unqualifed, fearful of the consequences......the consequences must be felt as the Constitution stands above any individual.........as I've said before, only God trumps the US Constitution.
You ask about the impact on the Constitution - that is tough. We're looking at Article 2 Section 1 AND the 25th Amendment. The language is clear in both - "In case of the Removal of the President from Office" and then we're given the processes for the V.P. to take power etc. However, the issue at hand, if Obama is inaugurated, is if it does come out eventually that he is not Constitutionally qualified, he will technically not be removed from Office. He will never have officially held that office to begin with. Everything he has done in that office is immediately NULL AND VOID. We have NO details in the Constitution concerning what happens then because there are simple rules TO PREVENT IT FROM EVER HAPPENING. What this tells me is that the powers that be will probably skirt that issue and treat it like a conviction from impeachment (again, this is assuming that the truth ever comes out about him being a kenyan illegal immigrant). So Biden becomes President. The itchy part there is the fact that the DNC is responsible for vetting candidates and they will all be criminally liable for fraud. Oops, can't be President in your in Leavenworth. So, Pelosi comes in if she too isn't imprisoned. Ahhh, what a beautiful THAT is. However, the truth of the matter is that No One is Constitutionally qualified to take that office, we will have to have an entirely new election. This leaves us in a Constitutional Crisis the likes of which would never have been imagined. There are no precedents and, as I stated in a previous E-Mail to you, I believe that SCOTUS will come in and wipe a good portion of the Constitution out. That is, if this isn't used as a tool during the possible Constitutional Convention (Read: Con Con).
Basically, what we come to, is that ANY American who desires a TRUE Constitutional Republic, who wishes for TRUE Representative Government, who wishes for TRUE National Sovereignty, who wishes for TRUE Liberty - well, we might just be screwed.
Unless, of course, we Men in this Nation do something about this internal Treason before it's too late. No law, SCOTUS Decision or Presidential Imperial Mandate (read: Executive Order) trumps the Constitution. Any law, repugnant to the Constitution, is null and void. We stand on our hind legs, DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAWS WHICH ARE NULL AND VOID, and we got something started. Of course, simply refusing to comply brings about a whole mess of negative consequences which is what a Patriot suffers for his Liberty. A slave saves the pain and complies.
Obama needs to produce his originl Birth Certificate. Now. I'm like most here. Why would he spend so much time, effort, and money for lawyers countering the lawsuits if he didn't have something to hide? IMO, we should have some kind of meeting among ourselves to discuss future directions.
I found a story in a Pakistani newspaper that the reporter had interviewed Obama's grandmother in Kenya. This was long before he was elected; he was the candidate. The grandmother said she had been in the hospital in Kenya and witnessed his birth. His siblings said the same thing, and according to that article, all said it was in Kenya.

Can you provide a link for this? I am researching Obama and collecting everything I can. I knew about the story and have seen other articles about it but I have not seen the Pakistani story.
