Jean, I hate to tell you, but our science community has experimented with different types and yields on Atomic weapons. I would NOT discount that the government does not have a very low yield bomb, that does not create a flash, nor very little if any radiation. They have been developing Nuclear weapons to the point where they can effectively kill off a population, but leave the buildings intact, etc. They have nuclear devices down to briefcase size, so I believe this could happen, Buildings should NOT have come down like the two towers did, in exactly the same way. A bomb at the base of the towers could have....
