Obama's ring: 'There is no god but Allah'

NEW YORK – As a student at Harvard Law School, then-bachelor Barack Obama’s practice of wearing a gold band on his wedding-ring finger puzzled his colleagues.
Now, newly published photographs of Obama from the 1980s show that the ring Obama wore on his wedding-ring finger as an unmarried student is the same ring Michelle Robinson put on his finger at the couple’s wedding ceremony in 1992.
Moreover, according to Arabic-language and Islamic experts, the ring Obama has been wearing for more than 30 years is adorned with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada: “There is no God except Allah.”

The Shahada is the first of the Five Pillars of Islam, expressing the two fundamental beliefs that make a person a Muslim: There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is Allah’s prophet.
Sincere recitation of the Shahada is the sole requirement for becoming a Muslim, as it expresses a person’s rejection of all other gods
Egyptian-born Islamic scholar Mark A. Gabriel, Ph.D., examined photographs of Obama’s ring at WND’s request and concluded that the first half of the Shahada is inscribed on it.
“There can be no doubt that someone wearing the inscription ‘There is no god except Allah’ has a very close connection to Islamic beliefs, the Islamic religion and Islamic society to which this statement is so strongly attached,” Gabriel told WND.
“Dreams from My Real Father” producer Joel Gilbert, an Arabic speaker and an expert on the Middle East, was the first to conclude that Obama’s ring, reportedly from Indonesia, bore an Islamic inscription.
Photographs published last week by the New Yorker from Obama’s time at Occidental College, taken by fellows students, indicate that the ring Obama wore three decades ago is the one he is wearing in the White House.

As WND reported in July, previously published photos have shown Obama wearing a gold band on his wedding-ring finger continuously from 1981 at Occidental, through graduation at Columbia in 1983, in a visit to Africa in 1988 and during his time at Harvard from 1988 to 1991. But none, until now, have displayed the ring with enough detail to identify it as the one he currently is wearing.
WND reported a satirical edition of the Harvard Law Review published by students in 1990 contains a mock Dewers Scotch profile advertisement poking fun at Obama. Among a list of Obama’s “Latest Accomplishments” is: “Deflecting Persistent Questioning About Ring On Left Hand.”
The comment suggests the ring was a subject of student curiosity at the time and that Obama was not forthcoming with an explanation.

I am the type of person that is always trying to understand, to get to the bottom of things, to know truth, and for the life of me, I can't figure out why our conservative Constitutional based politicians have done nothing to remove an Illegal alien from the office of President. How are we supposed to trust them when they don't even address the basics. How much more basic can you get than to have someone in office that is not even a legal citizen. The hopeful side of me wants to believe that they have a plan and they are simply not letting anyone know it till they are able to get everything together to act. The realistic side of me is frightened. Because the only thing that can change this if Obama is not investigated and arrested for breaking some of our most basic laws before the election, is civil war. How did we come to this? God Almighty forgive us, we allowed our nation to slip so far from truth and righteousness. We allowed those in control to get by with lies and political correctness, which is just another phrase for lies. We have for generations excused them by saying "All politicians lie, that is just the way it is." And even now, with our best hope being Mitt Romney, all we hear are partial truths in politics. I don't think Romney lies, but he is avoiding the main problem that we all are so focused on and aware of. I have heard a lot from Christian's that Romney, as a Mormon is dangerous too. I have heard people say they weren't even going to vote because of it. But I wonder if God didn't look around for a righteous uncompromising man who proclaimed Christianity as his faith and couldn't find one that could be elected. Because we have become a nation that would rather hear half truths than the whole truth. Truth is uncompromising, an as such is not electable in todays society.
We have a person in office who has no truth in him. He is not even a citizen in this nation, and no one is demanding he prove it. We need to repent. I have been angry because Obama was allowed into office and our legislators did nothing to stop it. But in truth," We the People" are the ones to blame. We let lies become acceptable. We let our self focused lives cause us to let things slide that we knew were wrong. We didn't rise up a long time ago and demand truth from our leaders. We chose to ignore truth, and we need to repent. Our only hope is to repent and hope for God's mercy. We are at the brink of our very own Holocaust. We have done this by apathy,and by silence. And now we are like sheep heading to the slaughter, we are talking among ourselves, hoping someone has a plan to stop this insanity. And still we don't demand answers from our legislators, why is there an illegal alien in office, and why are they letting him run for president again. Why have we let the news programs pour out lies to the people. Why have we not demanded truth. Why have the people let it happen, for 4 whole years and frankly for generations. Shame on us all. We have no one to blame but ourselves.

Just like SEIU did for Harry Reid in his last election.. changed the vote on the electronic from Angle to Reid by 20 points. And the DEmocratic election board said the votes were changed by the peoples coat sleeves..
