The scheming Obama administration will announce at 1:15 P.M. today its plan to ENFORCE THE DREAM ACT GRANTING AMNESTY TO AN ESTIMATED 800,000 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who entered this country at a young age! Fellow Patriot, It’s here, just like we knew it would be – Obama’s DREAM Act Executive Order. Taking a cue from the successful election tactics of France’s new SOCIALIST president, Barack Hussein Obama will STOP DEPORTING ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who entered this country at a young age, and it’s starting TODAY! Despite our repeated defeat of the DREAM – Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors – Act on Capitol Hill, Obama is taking matters into his own greedy hands to force a nightmare executive order on us instead. Obama’s re-election depends on shoring up his favorability with Hispanic voters in swing states like Florida and Colorado, and what better way to shore up the vote than by granting their young illegal immigrant relatives Amnesty right from the presidential podium. Attempting to make Amnesty more palatable for our bankrupt country, Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano justified it as helping “productive young people.”  But you better believe this is a cold, calculated political decision – one made in Obama’s best interest, not in America’s because not only will these 800,000+ individuals never face deportation, they will LEGALLY join millions of unemployed Americans competing for work across the county. SoCal Patriot Coalition condemns President Obama's mass Amnesty for Millions of Illegal Aliens

President Obama announced today that he is bypassing Congress and violating the U.S. Constitution by granting amnesty to virtually every illegal alien in the U.S. under the age of 31 with his “executive order”.  This essentially legalizes millions of illegal aliens and takes the additional step of granting them work permits at a time when over 20 million Americans are looking for work.

 

This is a blatant and unprecedented attack on all American citizens and workers, as well as legal immigrants who have waited years to come to the U.S. legally.  Illegal alien families have arrogantly defied U.S. law by not returning to their home countries, despite increased ICE enforcement by both the Bush and Obama Administrations.  They and their children have made the choice to stay here in violation of our laws.  Rewarding illegal behavior encourages more illegal behavior.  Obama’s rogue actions today represent a new level of dictatorial actions by an already law-defiant administration.

All Illegal aliens, regardless of age, are by definition present in the U.S. unlawfully.  Parents are responsible for their children under age 18.  They have the obligation to obey the law, especially foreign laws regarding entry, presence, and residence.  For Obama to grant blanket, mass amnesty to lawbreakers is not supported by law, nor by the majority of the American people who have stated clearly in poll after poll that they want our borders secure and our immigration laws enforced equally.

We call on Congress to take immediate legal and Congressional action to halt this illegal usurpation of Congressional authority by a rogue president.  Our Southern border remain wide open and are under daily attack by deadly Mexican drug and smuggling cartels.  Legalizing millions of foreign criminals in the U.S. puts all American citizens, as well as our economy at risk, and this action weakens our national security at a time of high foreign threats against our nation.
