Every patriot must make calls, email, fax, make so much noise that those in DC will never go along with this. If we do not do anything to stop this....then we should hang our heads in shame! These are our sons and daughters, our moms and dads, our aunts and uncles, our family members! It is time we stand up and stop letting them treat our Troops like they are nothing more than trash! They are not to be used for political appeasement prisons for our enemies! Do you realize how many of our troops have had charges filed on them for doing their job? The very jobs we trained them and sent them to do!

 

Make noise Patriots and don't stop - PLEASE!!!!! Call your state and U.S. congressmen/women & senators. Call everyone.....military veterans call DoD, call everyone you can think of.

[Just so everyone knows.....I'm not into, nor promoting the burning of qurans. That is what got 7 of our Troops killed! There are several reasons I don't like the idea of burning qurans. First, how the hell are people suppose to know their enemy if we burn all the enemy's books. I won't take someones word for something....I needed to read the book to know for myself if they are my enemy or not. And we shouldn't be a people who won't do our own homework.

Second....Burning qurans will not fix the problem of NATO thinking they have a right to put our troops on an open Trial. And a muslim n chief who is game for that too. We need to go after the root of the problem. It may feel good to burn a quran, but it won't fix our problem. LETS FIX THE PROBLEM and not just attempt to make us "feel" better.]

Joint Statement by the Delegations Assigned to Probe Bagram Incident

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate Following the insulting and shameful act of burning Quran in Bagram airbase that injured the religious sentiments of the Islamic world and particularly of the Afghan Muslim nation, two delegations comprising of representatives from government, the National Council of Ulemma and the National Assembly were assigned and dispatched to investigate the circumstances and causes that have led to the inhumane incident. The delegations, while deeply touched by the religious sentiments shown by the Afghan Muslim and Mujahid nation, inform our citizens of the following: 1. In view of the particular security situation in the country, we call on all our Muslim citizens of Afghanistan to exercise self-restraint and extra vigilance in dealing with the issue and avoid resorting to protests and demonstrations that may provide ground for the enemy to take advantage of the situation. 2. After the shameful incident by the US soldiers stationed in Bagram, senior NATO and American officials expressed their deep apologies to the Muslim nation of Afghanistan and assured that such incidents will not happen again. 3. NATO officials promised to meet Afghan nation’s demand of bringing to justice, through an open trial, those responsible for the incident and it was agreed that the perpetrators of the crime be brought to justice as soon as possible. 4. The assigned delegations demand from the government of Afghanistan to take over from the Americans the authority of the Bagram prison so no such incidents can recur and calls on the US government to fully and comprehensively cooperate to this end. 5. The delegations also want from the Afghan government to formally praise those brave Afghan army soldiers and all others who showed feelings against the disrespectful act by preventing more religious books and Quran copies from burning, so that the pure Muslim sentiments of our honored Mujahid nation can remain alive.

Dear Congressman Smith

As an American citizen I am appalled that NATO is even considering filing criminal charges on the military personnel that were involved in the burning of the Qurans’ in Afghanistan.  First of all this Muslim we have for a President, who does everything to appease Muslims all around the world to the shame an dismay of his own country. is sickening.

He was not trying to save lives as he tried to spin to the American people it was just more of the same bias he has for Muslims over his own Christian country.  He has lied and so has so many others in the media when they proclaim it was an accident.  We know it was because the prisoners were using the Quran’ to pass messages back and forth.  Our gutless president should have said so and it will not be tolerated or allowed to continue.

I cannot tell you the kind of mayhem and anger that will be unleashed if this president\t and the Joint Chiefs allow NATO to try those involved.  There was no malice involved.

The American people are sick and tired of all of this political correct super sensitivity over this when our own soldiers are being murdered and no one is doing anything accept offer empty lip service.

Get our fighting men and women out of there before we lose one more soldier for people that simply are not worth it.  Muslims be damned. The day is going to come when blood will be shed in our own country because we let these so called “peaceful” people come here in large numbers trying to uproot our legal system by trying to force Muslim Shariah law down our throats to circumvent our own constitution.

The first amendment may give them the right to practice the religion of their choice but not to replace our law with theirs.

Tell NATO, not only No but HELL NO if it thinks it is bringing these people up on charges.

Remember Marvin there are many more folks you can call and talk with, write, etc. Did you go down to your local VA, VFW, American Legion, any other vet orgs? Did you call any radio shows? Did you talk with your neighbors? Your family?

I understand where you're coming from but if you knew where I live you would understand that those options don't exist for me.  The local VFW is the only place in the nearest town that is allowed to serve alcohol so guess what hangs out there.  You go there and you're taking a chance on leaving with a knife or a bullet.  However, I do talk to members of my congregation when I go to church, but church is 25 miles away.  And, I have no intention of moving until the day arrives when for reasons of health I have to move.  I'm up here on top of my little hill with my rifle range, my wife, and my dog and I'm not going anywhere.

I'm not saying everyone there is "bad".  But is the only place within about 30 miles that serves alcohol so guess what?  It is simply a place that I want to avoid at all costs.  I do however, send emails to my circle of friends and help to get the word out that way.

For the first part of BHO's term I carried printed material into the VFW.  Most times, at any hour there'd be a bunch of   thoroughly "soused' vets. hanging over the bar and never did any consistent cumulative interest, concern or alarm develop there. I gave up on them.  My first active service in the U.S. Air Force was stateside in Air Defense Command ; 1961 - 1965, (Vietnam Era Veteran), so I could not join the V.F.W.  I went back in later and retired an E-6 and had supported Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom.  All again Stateside.  And even the local Legion promotes the same social atmosphere. My wife knew I had dang near been alcoholic several times; So SHE LAYED THE LAW DOWN to ME: It was Bye Bye BOOZE to assist in staying stable and keeping my gyros functional to do What's Gotta be Done.  So - There But For The Grace of GOD Go I. So how in GOD's name can these folks of the "Watering Hole" be brought to a state of sober cognizance to participate in civic affairs.  The "high muckey-mucks within these confines were the only intermittently sober and they had no desire to hear that they might consider themselves "RECALLED" on what usually proved to be a transient-trivial-political matter that would in time "Blow over" and the smoke of the legislative cloak rooms would clear and we'd go on about our Red-White and Blue business as always with parades on Veterans Day and the "4TH".  Never have their collective imaginations conjured up an alarming  time of collapse and imminent peril for our country. And meanwhile D.C.s political tentacles have hamstrung both the American Legion and the V.F.W., just as churches with 501c-3 status, and PTAs with charters.  Someone said We are the Leaders in a Republic. Well I still hope that with my oversights and disperfections that I'm worthy to serve, (always bearing in mind with humility that It will only be By The Grace of GOD we Shall Overcome), as we startlingly look in the mirror and startlingly see the mantle of "SERVANT LEADER" draped about Our Frames and figure out how to tell Americans to throw off the Federal Tentacles that keep us from fighting for FREEDOM.

There's  Chambers of Commerce, Lions Clubs, V.F.W.s, Shriners, Little Leagues, Soccer Leagues, Hockey Leagues, Churches - Synods, and a host of other organizations. All have E-mail addresses:  Which would be better for all these folks - - -receiving something that they might regard as SPAM, (and Chewing your butt to NOT Send any more), or maybe Waking Up to a Paul Revfere like Call and Helping Stir Our Nation into a State of Consciensciousness and Renewal ? ? ?  This is my suggestion.....Before The Internet Gets Shut Down .

In case you actually believed that all of this unholy slaughter was about some nonsensical manufactured "religious indiscretion" and not about power, supremcacy and an excuse to kill infidel soldiers in the cause of Islam, get real:

Koran’s used as toilet paper in Lahore, Pakistan? In the video, you will see some books are in tact, but many more, just pages and pages lying in the filth of a canal where sewage flows. A man drains the canal several times a year – been doing it for ten years. He rescues the pages and the books, and tries to clean them. He has begged his Government to use only paper that can be recycled, thinking they will be easier to clean! Apparently, Pakistan prints and supplies all the Korans in the country. His Government isn’t interested in recycling.

“What can I say? I say O Allah save this population from throwing Allah’s word into filth.”

Today our soldiers are dying in Afghanistan for disposing of Korans used among prisoners to pass messages. To date, four dead, murdered by Afghan security, whom we are training. Today, reports of another seven of our military injured in a grenade attack (according to Fox News this minute) - yet Muslims are using their own holy book for their own intimate convenience, maybe in silent protest for the darkness it has brought to their lives.
