TAKE AMERICA BACK IN 2010
MISSION STATEMENT

Patriots For America solemnly swears/affirms to toil and sacrifice to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic, So Help Us God

• We recognize that current Senators and Representatives have acted as enemies of the US Constitution.
• We will commit our hearts and souls in prayer to defeat the unprincipled politicians of any party who have broken their oath of office.
• We will develop grass roots groups in each state that will speak and act with one voice to elect conservative and principled servants of the people and the Constitution.
• We will focus our efforts on the House of Representatives, knowing the impact that will have on other elective offices. A secondary target will be senators who have violated their oath of office.
• We will encourage opposition to current conservative representatives in order to hold them accountable and to spread the message of restoration of the Constitution.
• We will not personally attack individuals.
• We will aggressively oppose government policies, decisions and mandates that are anti-American, socialist, communist, or not within the bounds of the Constitution.
• We will analyze particular districts to determine when it may be advisable to support incumbents who have demonstrated unequivocal commitment to the Constitution.
• We will develop a plan for the wholesale removal of House of Representatives members knowing that it will take a creative, courageous, committed, mass effort at the grass roots level.
• We will ask each candidate to take an oath to conservative and constitutional government before receiving our support.

DISCUSSION:

Make no mistake, Patriots For America members will not waste time personally attacking politicians but we will aggressively attack the liberal, socialist, anti-America positions, policies, and decisions being made by the Obama Administration and United States Congress.

Do everything possible to develop and participate in a “unified/massed force” grass roots effort across America that will speak and act with one voice to secure constitutional, conservative, republic principled servants elected to the US Congress in 2010.

Recognize that the current membership of the US Congress is a priority enemy of the US Constitution. It is the target we have the greatest potential success of rearranging by electing constitutional committed servant representatives in 2010...obviously this assumes we have an election.

Every effort of prayer, heart and soul will be pursued in defeating unprincipled, oath-breaking Congressional politicians of all parties. Even though one-third of current Senators should be replaced, the main focus will be on the House of Representatives as the most workable target with secondary effort to defeat targeted Senators. The fight to replace Representatives will bleed/impact other elective offices.

Raise up conservative, constitutional candidates for every House of Representative race/seat in 2010. This is not to say there are not a few, a handful, of conservative representatives currently elected, but they also should have opposition. If nothing else, to hold them accountable, and second, to be an additional voice to spread the message of "Constitutional Restoration In 2010 Or A Second American Revolution in 2011". These cases would have to be analyzed by voters in particular Districts where it may be advisable to support an incumbent that is a proven unequivocal constitutional servant representative.

To accomplish wholesale removal of House of Representatives members, it will take a creative, courageous, committed, mass effort at the “grass roots” level in every State. PFA State Groups must be energized into action to encourage, raise up, and support candidates who take an oath to our platform. A plan to assist must be developed.



CANDIDATE OATH/PLEDGE:

"I declare and affirm that I will hold myself bound to bear allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, and will use my personal energies and resources to convince the leadership of the political party, for which I am a candidate, to focus its legislative actions only to issues that do not usurp the rights that are reserved by the Constitution to the States or to the People. I will not bear allegiance to any political party or party leadership when its direction, policies, or proposed legislation or actions conflict with the Constitution of the United States of America, so help me God. "

Constitution
Commit to strict adherence to the US Constitution. Propose and support legislation requiring Congress to identify and verify that all new proposed legislation meets specific US Constitution guidance. Study legislation presently on the books to determine adherence to strict Constitutional principles with the goal of eliminating all unconstitutional executive orders, bills, laws, resolutions, regulations and requirements.

Budget/Economy/
Balance the Federal Budget. Stand firm for capitalism principles as the bedrock for American free market. Lower or eliminate taxes on businesses to encourage job creation. Eliminate the Death tax, thus allowing small businesses and family farms the ability to be transferred to the next generation without costly schemes. Investigate and demand prosecution for any criminal or ethical violations associated with the 2008/2009 economic crisis.

Defense
The defense of the United States is the primary mission of the government, without which all other rights and privileges mean nothing. That requires a military force that is second to none in technology and advanced weaponry together with the infrastructure to support an advanced global fighting force. Before sending America’s men and women into battle, a congressional declaration of war must be approved.

Energy
Our country has abundant sources of energy, but our government has stifled development. Drill off our coasts, begin processing our abundant resources of shale in the western states, and build nuclear power plants. Use our coal resources to create synthetic fuel, and use technology to make the burning of coal cleaner.

Immigration
Laws on the books must be enforced. This starts with adequately funding our Border Patrol. A nation is not a nation unless it can control its borders. Interpreters or defense attorneys cannot be provided for illegal aliens at taxpayer expense. There is room for only one flag and one language, English. All Federal and State documents, including voting ballots and drivers license testing, shall be in English only.

Healthcare
We have the finest healthcare system in the world. Socialized medicine would be a disaster for this country. Innovation and the proper use of technology can streamline and reduce the cost of healthcare in America to where every American citizen can receive the superior care that our system produces.

Respect for Life
Oppose destruction of life, truly respect God's power of creation and the blessing he gives us in our children. Also, with the number of qualified couples seeking children to adopt, babies born from unwanted pregnancies can expect a loving family to care for them.

Marriage
The sanctity of marriage by definition is the bond of holy matrimony between one man and one woman.

Term Limits
Professional politicians have nearly destroyed the United States as a nation of freedom, liberty and the capitalist system. Term limits for Representatives and Senators should be limited to three terms and one term respectively.

Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve should be brought under total US Government audit, but preferably abolished with appropriate functions returned to the United States Treasurer.

Marriage was a right long before the Constitution for the United States. Government should not offer enticements like tax deductions for being married. Without these enticements, there would not be so many people wanting marriage. Pastor Matt Trewhella has a very good article on why Christians should not get a state marriage licence. (Google to find the article)

If it was left up to the churches, as it was in the past, homosexuals would not (in most cases) be allowed to marry.

Remember, Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 US 105, 1943. “No State shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor.”

Federal Reserve

The US Congress has the option to buy back the FED at $450 millions
(per Congressional Records).
When the Congress does this, it will own back the billions of US
Government Bonds held by the FED.
The US Government will actually PROFIT by buying back the FED! Also,
the US government no longer has to pay interests to the FED owners on
those bonds.

Don't know if I can remember all I wrote but will give it a try. All the comments I read have been great with differnt points of view. For me the two most important points are, #1, anyone who supports the wonton murder of the unborn ie. ( choice ) have No Morals, No Conscience and cannot believe in God. Those who condone murder must be removed from all positions of power period. Abortion is a POX on our Nation and will haunt our Country for generations to come. #2, The INVASION of the United States of America. Not one member of Congress, either in the House or Senate has come forward and told the American People the truth about what they call undoctumented workers or illegals. When 12 million ( if you believe the government ) to 25 million people from other countries crossed our borders illegally we were invaded. Section 8 of the US constitution require Congress to repel all such invasions. By calling what has happened and is still happening on our southern border immigration and not what it really is, an INVASION is flat out lying. How many terrorist and insurgents who are waiting to kill thousands of Americans have come in along with the drug cartels, their dealers and the terrorist gangs who sell their drugs, murder wontonly and committ every other violent act you can think of, I bet the numbers are staggering. How can Congress protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies when they are the very domestic enemies that the Constitution talks about. And how about the millions who are bankrupting our social services and draining the life blood out of our economy, stealing everything from our IDs, SS numbers, to our jobs. Because none in Congress has stood up and told the American People the truth and called this what it really is an INVASION, they all must go, every RAT in the NEST called Congress. The only exception I can think of was Duncan Hunter and he retired.

Nothing here on the Judiciary... just yesterday a radical-of-all-radicals had 10 Republicans vote with the Libs... we need to address this issue as well... those who are infiltrating our courts as activist judges as well as our Congress... they are in the process of loading our courts now with those that have unchecked power... they need term limits too!!!

Second point, ENGLISH... (when the Attaturk changed the Turkish language to the Roman alphabet, he, in effect, changed the culture from Persian-leaning to Western-leaning)... it is subliminal but oh, so Powerful... one Flag, one Language... can we amend/add to the IMMIGRATION paragraph to include English-dominant communications/documents at the Federal and State levels? I don't want to see our culture balkanized or destroyed with lack of coherence.... note Sotomayor, in both here... activist, LaRaza board...

I'd be happy to write the lead-in paragraph, but how soon do you need it? Sometimes my schedule is so horrendous I'm out of pocket for days...

The judicial system is out of control and needs to be attended to also...the Citizens Grand Jury ( under NO others authority or power) to be re-confirmed as reserved solely to the power of we the people and written BACK INTO the federal judicial rules of procedure....
and certified by statement that the Citizens Grand Jury ( common law grand jury) is the citizens authority to , inveitigate , and indict "CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, TYRANICAL GOVERNMENT AND SUCH. I know you wanted exact wording...and i will get the best wording for this from the founder of American Grand Jury , but this is a needed attention to be able to keep the checks and balances in place, once we get jhis broken system repaired.

NOTE: I am going to keep this short and sweet and list resources at the bottom for further reading.

How do we get conservatives back in office in 2010?

First they have to be on the ballot and I would guess 99% of the time backed by the Republican Party. Yes I know this may send some of you over the edge but this is just the way it is.

So if YOU are interested in getting conservatives back in office READ ON.

The Most Powerful Office In The World

-To get elected, your candidate must be on the ballot.
-To get on the November ballot you must win the Primary.
-To win the Primary, you must get the support of people who make endorsements in the Primary, who reliably vote in the Primary, and who get out the vote of others in the Primary. Those people are the Precinct Committeemen.

Did you know that many, maybe up to 50% of the Precinct Committemen positions are Vacant! Yes Vacant? And if they are not vacant you have a good chance of becoming one via election.

Imagine, with thousands of vacant committeeman slots open in the Republican Party conservatives could easily regain control of the Republican Party. Before you say anything about the Republican Party read below.

Do you even KNOW your local Republican Party's position or are you just listening to the news?

EXAMPLE:
Last night I went to my county Republican executive meeting. I really didn't know what to expect. To my surprise the group was Very Conservative and very disgruntled with the image of the Republican Party, particularly on the state level. This was encouraging in the fact they were conservative and recognized the fact the Republican Party has an image problem.

I am not writing this as a Republican recruiting new members, I am writing this as a conservative looking for a way to get conservatives in office. Before passing judgement attend a meeting or at least visit your county's Republican Party website. You should get a feel for their position. You might be surprised.

How Do I Become A Committeeman?

The rules are a little different in each county but generally you have to go to a few meetings and get your name on the primary ballot.

Here is how one of our members, Cold Warrior, became a precinct committeeman:

"The requirements vary from state to state, but Arizona is typical. One has to get 10 registered Republican or independent voters from their precinct to sign a nomination form requesting that their name be placed on the primary ballot. (In Ohio, for example, one needs only 5 signatures.) Most precinct committeemen run unopposed. I was able to get my ten signatures in fewer than three hours on a Saturday. As suggested by the existing PCs, I got five extra signatures just to be safe (people move!). Before gathering your signatures, the Party will give you a computer print out showing where all the voters in your precinct live. And how often they voted in the last four elections. You go to the homes of those voters who ALWAYS vote. They will be happy to sign your nomination papers."

Generally a Precinct Committeeman will represent 1000 people. If your precinct has more than 1000 then you may have two. Google your county plus GOP or Republican executive committee and you should find information about your county's procedures.

TCUnation and Precinct Strategy

What can I do? That question has been asked many times here on TCUnation. I believe the Precinct Strategy (PS) is a real grassroots way to get conservatives back in to office. Here is what I propose for TCUnation members.

-Find you local GOP executive committee website. Contact them about your precinct and the requirements to become a precinct committeeman. I found out everything I needed in about 15 minutes.
-Recruit other conservatives in neighboring precincts to do the same.

I think the platform could another policy bullet - education. PFA must take back the system that has delivered the Marxist message, one rewritten history at a time, for nearly 40 years. A federal education system does nothing more than deliver the propagandized message of the left and ultimate control of the curriculum right into the hands of the progressives for further indoctrination of the youth of America. This is one of the most important ingredients in the socialist march to maintain control for the long haul. We need to regain the national message of our original written history and reteach the lessons of civic duty in accordance with the founder's idea of a constitutional republic. CDR Maxwell
