Dates of Face to Face in Booneville, Arkansas

May 16, 17, & 18

We need some specific answers and specific information:

1. We need a head count of folks that will be at the meeting?

  • What days will you be there?
  • What time will you be arriving?

2. Will you be staying at hotel or dry camping?

  • If you are wanting to stay in hotel, say so here and also send me (Twana) a private message ASAP telling me that and how many and what days you will need lodging. In the subject title of private message please title it, "Face to Face Hotel Lodging."
  • Also post here in comment section if you would like to share a hotel room with someone to help cut your cost down.
  • If you are going to be dry camping and bringing a motor home, please send note that here in comment section and also send Marvin Green a private message telling him that info and size of motor home so he will know how much area to have ready.

3. If you are coming by public transportation, please contact Marvin Green and let him know that as well.

4. If you are driving, please contact Marvin Green and give him description of your vehicle so he will recognize you at the gate to his land.

5. Please send your email address to Marvin Green. He is making identification cards/labels for us. He will email it to you and then you can print it and preferably laminate it.

Here is a list of items that we ask you to bring:

  1. Drinks that you like and a few extra to share.
  2. Chips and Snacks
  3. Wine and Beer only to drink in moderation in evening after activities. Relaxing drink is welcomed, but unruly drunk is not.

We will need some funding donations. That too should be sent to Marvin. Contact him in private message and set that up with him. Here is a list of items we will need donations for:

  1. Porta Potties - how many depends of head count.
  2. Lunch for 3 days
  3. Condiments and Staples
  4. Breakfast donutes

Thursday - May, 16

12 - 1 Lunch

Afternoon: Presentations of bug out bag

Evening: Discussion Time

Friday - May 17

- 8:30 am Breakfast

9 - 10 am Dry Food Storage

Afternoon: Fellowship Time about what we've done for survival training

5 - 6 pm Cook Out - Special Guest cooking and demonstration of survival techniques

Night: Discussion Time

Saturday - May 18

Morning - Breakfast

Discussion Time on Solutions that will work. We know all the wrongs destroying our country, so we're reserving this time for brainstorming ideas and
solutions.

Other activities to be shared in private email. If you are attending please make sure Marvin and I both have your email addresses.

    I will be traveling with a couple in there car.

    I need a hotel/motel room for Thursday and Friday night.

    I would be glad to share my room with a single female/or more if the room has two queen beds.

    I will be arriving Thursday afternoon and leaving Saturday afternoon.

    If anyone reads this who is coming from the Texas Panhandle, please send me a message.

  • We will be dry camping. There will be 2 of us. Planning to arrive on Wed night if that is ok...if not, Thurs AM.  Plan to leave after activites on Sat are over and we strike camp.  Not sure yet if we'll take the truck or my car, will let you know as soon as we decide.  Marvin has my email.  Looking forward to it!

  • To anyone who will be camping I need to know how you will be camping.  That is tent, rv, or motorhome.  I need the info in order to make sure you have easy access to the most level area.

  • Unfortunately, I won't know for certain until the time comes as my husbands work schedule is ALWAYS changing.  If we are able to make it, we will not need a motel or be camping as we live in Charleston so we will most likely go home at night.  :)

  • If you are planning on attending the meeting you need to contact me with your email address so I can make up a name tag and email it to you.  The name tag will be in the form of an image file that you can print out.  I would suggest that after you print it you get it laminated.  It would also be nice if you could hang it around your neck for every one to see.  No name tag no admittance.  That means that if you show up with three people in the car and only one has a name tag two of you can spend the day sitting down by the highway.  Sorry but that's to keep out the riff raff and the unwanted snoops.  Once again, if you will be arriving via public transportation if you will give me details I will see what I can do to assist you in getting to where you will be staying.  If you will be camping I need to know if it will be tent, rv, or motorhome so I can insure easy access to the most level area of our property.
