How many appointments has obummer made in violation of Article II, Sec. 2, cl. 2, and Article II, Sec. 2, last clause????

Never picked up on this before. I guess since EVERY President was doing it, I thought it must be legal. OBVIOUSLY IT IS NOT. Then again, why would I expect the usurper in charge to do ANYTHING legally. He doesn't give a sheet. He does what he wants and as long as he gets away with it, he'll keep on doin' it.
But, more importantly, what difference does it make what our Constitution says? For instance, we already know that Obama is ineligible for the office he holds because he's not a "natural born Citizen" as required by that document. It makes no difference what the Constitution says when the majority of the politicians you have elected to represent you ignore both you and the mandates inherent in the Constitution, at will. As I continue to say, "the game is rigged."
And why hasnt the Senate and Congress put a stop to this!!!
Gene, My guess is: UN Treaty law - is - bit by bit - replacing the supreme law of the land. Secretary of state Christian Herter (Ike Presidency) stated: "Treaties make international law, They also make domestic law. According to the constitution, treaties can become the supreme law of the land." If you notice, and I think you have, America, indeed the world, is in an economic mess. This is by design. In order to have a one world government under a specific political system, the world also has to be economically leveled where all the nation are on an equal economic status. Therefore, the wealthy nations - under U.N. direction began pouring out their wealth to underdeveloped nations and the monetary systems also had to be crashed. Congress will not act because their hands are tied under treaty law. Disloyal people got us where are and disloyal people are now in charge. It is amazing how the constitution is being trampled and our congress lost its voice. And this where "political correctness" steps in. Indeed, "political correctness" is a pert political term which attempts to perclude people from talking too much about topics which would reveal political duplicity.
Hussain is doing away with the constitution so of course he's not going to care what it says unless it can help him dictate better! Everything this destroyer dopes is towards one end, dictatorship! And we have a congress who is either in agreement with him or hasn't got the kajones to stop him.McCain and Graham backed the removal of habius corpus and the pose comitis so they can take away Americans and dispose of them as Hussain see's fit to do. To me Mccain is not a hero, but a traitor to America! I lost my fiancee in Nam and to have to say this is hurtful, but as they say, the truth hurts!

Do you think we still have our Constitution in place? I certainly don't! And it is because WE THE PEOPLE refuse to do our jobs. NULLIFY, NULLIFY, NULLIFY! Half the GOP precinct seats go unfulfilled. Does that sound as though they care? I spent a month going calling and going door to door. Out of 35 seats in my GOP precinct, there is one that is filled - mine! I am also a State Delegate. I will vote for what I want. No one else has enough time - even though many are retired and twice as wealthy as I am.
Until we get out off the couch and into the trenches, the Liberals will continue to take over.
I have been a member of this site when it first began, was glad that Harry brought it back. But I no longer have time post or reply much. I am out in the trenches. I can say I went down with "boots on the ground" instead of sitting on my couch!
