I do not know how many people have been following Sheriff Arpaios Cold Case Posse Investigation into Barack Obamas Birth Certificate, Or if they Know his Findings in said Investigation By Lead Investigator Mike Zullo. I suggest people get up to Speed on This Subject, Because The RAMIFICATIONS Deal Directly With Operation American Spring, and Our Constitution.

Some time in March, Mike Zullo plans on making a Document Drop, and The EVIDENCE They have accumulated IS Spine Tingling, Nauseating at Best. The FINDINGS Have Direct Affect to OAS because They have Already PROVEN Barack H. Obamas Birth Certificate is a Complete Computer Generated FORGERY!!! This by itself Goes Against OUR Constitution, Article 2, Section 1.

So, I am Hoping Col. Riley stays in CLOSE Contact with Sheriff Arpaio And Det. Mike Zullo, so we can Better Our Protest To CONGRESS, The SUPREME COURT, and The WHITE HOUSE.

First, I'd like to state that I recognize that Obama is undeniably, by known facts and the longstanding terms recognized by the Supreme Court, unable to hold the Office of President.  I also supported Arapaio's investigation at the outset, and any  ongoing investigation into the discrepancies in Obama's identification papers, and school registration.

However Arapaio's investigation of the layered digital document served no purpose, and did not establish fraud, nor forgery.

The fact is that the Hawaiian Dept of Health is entitled by LAW,  under Hawaiian Revised Statute, to produce birth information in whatever form it deems necessary.  HDOH could literally put the facts on a bar napkin, and along with appropriate certifications, it would be valid.    Furthermore that Obama document did not attempt to mimic any sort of official document form, but was a distinct document unto itself, therefore incapable of being forgery of some other document form. And to be fraud, the  birth terms indicated in that document must themselves be shown to be false, and deliberately false, but Arapaio's investigation did not establish this.   Ultimately that last layered digital document was not offered in any legal  setting, and the Hawaiian Dept of Health has not contradicted what was released in a very public fashion, so it can be assumed that HDOH has no conflict with what was released. Arapaio and his team have unfortunately ignored these considerations, instead going by "gut" definitions of forgery and fraud.

While I supported the "Where's Waldo" search for an Obama foreign birth certificate back in 2009 and 2010, at this point the focus on the "birth certificate" serves only as a distraction from, and undermining to, the actual terms of Natural Born Citizen, which is not at all just "citizen", or even "citizen at birth" (born citizen), but necessitates both birth on U.S. soil AND birth to parents who were citizens.

Obama is known to not be a natural born citizen of the United States due to the fact that his father was never a U.S.  Citizen, and conveyed to Obama an allegiance to foreign governments.   Be the feudalistic terms dictated by the British Crown, Barack Obama has far more chance of being a natural born Subject of Britain, than he does of being a natural born citizen of the United States (which is zero).
