Snowden seeks and is granted asylum in Russia.

According to the latest news reports Snowden has been granted asylum in Russia.

One has to think that there is something fundamentally wrong when a former government worker is forced to seek asylum from a so-called FREE country.

Snowden exposed the NSA secret surveillance program that most people already knew about anyway. But in the process of exposing a system that everyone knew about, he also exposed the facts that this current White House administration was, in addition to spying on American citizens, they were also spying on our allies. The Obama administration through the NSA was listening in on conversations taking place directly inside the offices of some of America’s best friends.

But even that is not the end of the story. Even the fact that this Obama administration was spying on our friends any allies, plus they are listening in and collecting data from every American citizen. Every phone call, every email message, and every email and IP address. Even with all this – it’s still not the end of the story.

Now we have learned about something called Xkeyscore. Under this program being run under the NSA and directed by the White House we find out that this administration is gathering everything everybody does anywhere on the Internet or over a cell phone, Ipad, or any other form of communications device. Now we have learned that the Justice department has demanded the Internet service providers and email service providers must turn over our private passwords.

Snowden of course is now living in fear for his life. Why else would a person seek asylum in a communist run country. Granted asylum by a former Russian KGB agent. Asylum from a free country or from what was and should be a free country.

It makes no difference now if the information Snowden exposed can be used by our enemies to help avert detection and change their ways of communicating. After the raid in Pakistan that killed Usama Bin-Ladin those people knew they were being watched and their communications secrets had been broken anyway. That information came directly from the White House itself.

Revealing secrets that are already known by nearly everyone on the planet does not carry a death penalty, especially from a free nation. Revealing the fact that this administration has been spying on our best friends and allies damages the integrity of America. But it was not Snowden that caused that damage, it was the Obama administration itself. Snowden simply exposed it.

So what more is there that needs to be exposed? What else is there that would make a former government employee of a free nation seek asylum from a suspicious foreign nation?

We have NOT heard the end of this story yet, and we have not seen the full extent to which this Obama administration will go to enforce and implement their “Fundamental Transformation of America”.

It has been said that after Mao took over China the first million people to die were the lucky ones for they died quickly. They died by a bullet in the back of the head.
The rest were not so fortunate.
