A hello from Massachusetts, I am one of the organizers for a W Mass Tea PartyI would like to use this thread for a informational flyer exchange. If you find some post it here or if you or someone you know has some talent writing please post some. If you know someone that needs some point the here. Here are some that I have now and working on some more. It has to fit one page so please don’t go overboard. From the Massachusetts Constitution*Article V. All power residing originally in the people, and being derived from them, the several magistrates and officers of government, vested with authority, whether legislative, executive, or judicial, are their substitutes and agents, and are at all times accountable to them.Yes, believe it or not our government employees are accountable to YOU! This is your price of freedom and you are an employer, not the other way around. You know the term “use it or lose it”, we had better start using it.*Article VI. No man, nor corporation, or association of men, have any other title to obtain advantages, or particular and exclusive privileges, distinct from those of the community, than what arises from the consideration of services rendered to the public; and this title being in nature neither hereditary, nor transmissible to children, or descendants, or relations by blood, the idea of a man born a magistrate, lawgiver, or judge, is absurd and unnatural. This includes pay and any other compensation and perks. Do you know what you are paying your employees? Take a look, go down to your town or city hall and get the employee wage report and they must provide it under the freedom of information act. Check it against what real people are paid, if the two are not equal then YOUR employees pay is unconstitutional!Always remember you have the right and a responsibility*Article VII. Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men: Therefore the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity and happiness require it.*Article VIII. In order to prevent those, who are vested with authority, from becoming oppressors, the people have a right, at such periods and in such manner as they shall establish by their frame of government, to cause their public officers to return to private life; and to fill up vacant places by certain and regular elections and appointments.Liberal or Conservative conflictClassic liberals in the United States actually believe in limited government, liberty over equality, natural law, individualism, free markets and constitutional constraint of government, the same as a conservative. Then along came a “New Deal”, FDR’s “New Deal” that split liberals with classic liberals on the right and socialist liberals on the left. This rift between the two has grown so vast over the years that a classic liberal is the opposite of a socialist liberal. There is laissez-faire constitutionalism for the classic liberal and collectivist welfarism for the socialist liberal. There has been a sort of high-jacking going on because this topic is rarely covered in schools and colleges. There really is a split between liberals. Hence the term liberal is often confusing likely the reason why most conservatives don’t like to be called a liberal. More confusing, more so for some liberals are lead to believe their liberalism still stands for classic liberalism which it is not.In so far as compassion and such a socialist liberal believes that compassion is derived from the government where as a conservative and a classic liberal believes it is from the people, by the people and for the people. Least we forget this imperative that it is “We the People” we will have lost our freedom. For we are a nation of individuals and not a collative sum awaiting our allotment under socialism. Socialism is indeed is your loss of freedom and individuality in what ever form it may be. Be it from welfare to every government handout it is Socialism.Therein Socialism has come knocking and it has one foot in the door already. What more people need to realize is that we are not only fighting off Socialism, we are also fighting for our Freedom. We were given rights under our constitution to fight off this attack. You know the phrase “use it or lose it”, well folks that time is before us so we had better start using it. You had better stop thinking who is a conservative and who is a liberal because if you do a check most of us are on the same side. We want our freedom!Stop Socialism! The green lieWe know this country can and has harnessed renewable energy. Holyoke Massachusetts was a city built on individual opportunities. Four and a half miles of canals and a dam were dug by pick and shovel. By the 1900s, Holyoke was one of the first planned industrial Cities to run on water power. Renewable energy is nothing new, what is new are all the controls and regulations that is stifling individual opportunities of renewable energy.Would you like a car that gets 235 MPG? VW of Germany confirms 1L concept commuter car will become reality that gets 235 MPG, no batteries its diesel. That is better then the Toyota Prius hybrid @ 46 MPG. 235 MPG But Not for US, diesel cars are currently banned in the five states that follow California clean-air regulations. With the Obama administration there is already talk of the California clean-air regulations going national. It is a fact that clean-air regulations increase our dependence on terrorist foreign oil. What about Electric and Electric Hybrids? Look at the basic physics of overall energy consumption. The overall energy consumption is power from the grid stored in a battery and/or from a fuel. The overall energy needed to get a car from point A to point B is determined by its coefficient of drag and weight. From one US gallon of fuel or about 7.3 lb (using below as an example) it is possible to get 235 miles. Is it possible to get 235 miles out of a 7.3 lb battery, no? How much more would a battery weigh thus consuming more energy to go 235 miles? We should be talking about conserving instead of spreading it, charging a battery still consumes energy. Throwing more money at this problem will not solve it any time soon but the presidential stimulus has some $2,000,000,000 for a battery. What is the cost of the presidential renewable energy plan, who is going to pay for it? It has to come from somewhere, yes taxes. What do you think manufactures are going to do when they have to pay this bill? These are the same manufactures that make the solar panels and wind turbines or so called green jobs. Yes, China and Japan will get most of the green jobs.

Another point is that the cost of a new car is about two thirds TAX and REGULATIONS! And 1 third car, and some wonder why GM and all are failing
  • Ok, I have another, remember please print these, bring a handful with you, and hand them out to others, stuff some windshield, hand them to the MSM or what ever…

    We must surround Them!

We are from the left and we are from the right, we are classic liberals, we are stanch conservatives, from every direction, from every side. We come together to start to taking back America TODAY! Right now over sixty percent of your work, your money you earned to keep goes towards taxes and regulations. Add up the pieces and see for your self, income tax, sales tax, excises tax, property tax and much more, we are in fact being taxed to death. With the trillions of dollars being spent by our government you will have much less, dreadfully much less, sooner then you may think.

We are a nation founded on individual private capitalism and individual opportunity. This is not about big corporate greed as some would lead you to believe. This is us, “We the People” you, me, we are the individual private capitalism and individual opportunity.

The real threat comes from our own government and its own corporate greed. Higher taxes, regulations, fees, all have pushed out individual private capitalism and individual opportunity. Right now in most every town and city the largest employer is the government of that town or city. We are facing a huge expansion of state and federal government. Do not believe the lie that government is the employer, YOU ARE THE EMPLOYER! Manufacturing across the nation has dropped and so has your jobs to its lowest levels ever in response to this government monopolization. Government was never intended to be the largest employer and it must never be allowed to be the largest employer. Ask your selves, at what point does it become “We the Government” and no longer “We the People” because this time is before us now. We must now all stand up, all of us and demand that it is “We the People” and not “We the Government”!

You know the term “use it or lose it”, we had better start using it now!
