Vietnam combat veteran Terry George Trussell was released from the Dixie County jail on bond on Thursday by Judge James C. Hankinson
(Oct. 30, 2014) — The Post & Email was notified just after 3:00 p.m. EDT that Dixie County, FL resident Terry Trussell has been released from the county jail on bond after a 10:00 a.m. EDT hearing.
Trussell was jailed by Judge James C. Hankinson on October 9 after Hankinson declared him guilty of “failure to appear” for a scheduled arraignment hearing on charges stemming from Trussell’s reporting of corruption within the Dixie County courthouse.  Trussell had, in fact, identified himself as present in the courtroom, which eyewitnesses reported Hankinson ignored, then ordered sheriff’s deputies to handcuff and arrest him.
An eyewitness to Thursday’s proceedings, Col. Harry Riley (Ret.) told The Post & Email that Hankinson presided over the one-hour hearing, during which “the judge concluded that it was appropriate to issue bail today for Terry.  He set a February trial date, but there’s a whole lot of legal wrangling that’s going to go on before that happens.”
Riley described the charges as “preposterous” and “ridiculous.”  “The court looks totally incompetent,” he told us.  “The prosecuting attorney today was mumbling and stumbling.  It didn’t appear the judge was very happy with the answers he was getting from the prosecuting attorney.   The prosecuting was trying to add additional requirements to the release question, and the judge discounted those and ignored them.  Basically, Terry is being charged for reporting a crime.”
Riley said that as the former Dixie County grand jury foreman, Trussell had tried to properly report evidence of a “potential crime” which was presented to him in his official capacity but was overridden by State’s Attorney Jeffrey Siegmeister.  “Right now, he’s out and reunited with his wife,” Riley concluded.
Siegmeister was not the prosecuting attorney at today’s hearing.
When The Post & Email asked about Trussell’s appearance, Riley responded, “He was very sharp in his discussion and questioning with the judge.  He had a pretty good growth of beard; he’s thinner than he was.  I talked with him personally for a couple of minutes after he was released and showed up at a restaurant where all of the supporters who were in the courtroom met.  He was very active and obviously, very happy to be out of jail, where he shouldn’t have been at all.  He identified to me the fact that he was eager to pursue this and bring it to a conclusion where he would be found ‘not guilty.’”
Riley told us that there were “about 50″ supporters who drove from various parts of Florida to attend the hearing as well as an individual who drove down from North Carolina.

We are so happy for Terry and his family here in Arizona

This thing smells.

Our government is corrupt and incompetent from top to bottom!  This could happen to anyone that goes against BIG BROTHER.  If we disagree with something, the government will just label us as terrorists and slap us in prison.  It's time to take back our government and bring back honesty and competence.  We can make a strong start by refusing to allow government offices to be SOLD to the highest bidders, which is going on right now.  Another good step would be to force our lawmakers to abide by the same laws that they impose on the people.  We should also insist upon severe penalties for anyone caught committing Voter Fraud.....

once step one is taken there is no turning bk.

Finally some good news,,,,, Thank you Harry.

Now the real work can begin, Must begin.

Make no mistake about it, this is when and where the resistance begins to fight back against this war that our Government has declared against the American people.

GOD Bless Terry.

Thank the Good Lord!  I am ecstatic that Terry is out of the hellhole!  Pls post the February date as soon as you know it--I'm currently in TX but may be able to schedule out by then.. just need a firm date and I know that the date may not be "solid".......grrrrr.... but can try to be there anyhow.

Salute /^ Col Riley!  Determined and steadfast, as always.

Court date is set for February 9th, 10th and 11th starting at 0830 EDT. I would suggest you confirm well before heading this way.

Good advice from Bob Root who was at the hearing on Oct 30......we need to spread the word that this "event" is even happening in America.

The judicial establishment is well aware that Terry's efforts reflect a "righteous" approach while they are circling their wagons to defend the "evil, dictatorial, self-serving" agenda of the illegal power structure.

The Judge Hankinson's of the nation view what Terry has done as their demise unless they figure a way to wiggle out of the hole they have put themselves.

The fight is on, and a fight freedom cannot lose.

The whole nation should be seeing this and knowing about it. It is not only about bribery, but it is about the sneaky way that some are trying to "force" Common Core Curriculum into the public schools. Someone got paid to see that it was put into the Florida school system. Anyone that is a real educator and knows truth from propaganda and mass produced information or should I say misinformation would know this already. Some of us have been thinking for ourselves for a long time and do not follow "gang mentality". We need to continue to pray for our nation. +++

Mark this day as the beginning of the end to judicial corruption. What Terry did was what many, armed with the same knowledge, have been chomping at the bit to do. Be the REAL Grand Jury. He was Lawfully summoned to be on it and was Lawfully correct in how it is designed to work. Yes, he was illegally and unlawfully jailed but what will now transpire is maneuvering on the part of Dixie County to minimize the damage. Had it not been for a "true bill" being issued by that GJ they would have probably just dropped the case. Now, however. their only chance at keeping the Genie in the Bottle is to destroy Terry. That group will be damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Congratulations Terry Trussel. I only hope ALL the rest of us can learn and distribute this information everywhere so that when this happens again, the judges and DA's will be equally caught flat footed.

The bottom line folks, is this... It's all about Attorneys and the BAR. They have closed the door to Justice and now merely administer and distribute their "Booty". Our property.

Great news, Thanks for the report!
