"Terrorism doesn't just happen," said bill sponsor Senator Jason Rapert. "Terrorism is committed and terrorist acts are perpetrated by individuals that are motivated and trained."

The man that killed Daris Long's son was one of them.

"Before Mr Bledsoe became Abduhlhakim Muhammed he was recruited, he was indoctrinated. He was selected to receive training in far off land of Yemen and after that committed horrible acts of terrorism in what he himself termed, self avowed Jihad," said Rapert.

In the future, organizations who are involved in recruiting to Jihad, such as happened with Carlos Bledsoe in Nashville, Tennessee, will be subject to vastly more severe civil and criminal penalties on the state level.

So far, Louisiana and Arkansas are the only two states to pass such legislation.

I support this bill-- on basis of what has been reported here. -- that being said I am certain the other side and the dhimmi  slaves of Allah will oppose it because the murder of Americans-- is nothing but an expression of that religion of Peace -- a workplace incident not terrorism.why the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Democratic Party have all told us what terrorism is.
