Pretty much any hotel, motel or private sector business with space to rent.
Does 'OPSEC' mean anything to you? What other places did you consider? What measures, if any, are you taking to ensure these premises are secure and free of surveillance?
I find it incredible that anyone would conceive of holding a meeting of people whose first stated item on their agenda is to impeach the POTUS and "try him for treason", in a building owned and controlled by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. An outside observer would see 'SETUP" written all over this.
Do you think that might be among the reasons virtually no one is planning to attend?

Well stated. Actually, hotels, motels and private sector venues, especially in the D.C. area, already have OPSEC as part of their surveillance - whether they like it or know it or not. And all rental venues routinely have surveillance of some sort - even plain clothes law enforcement.
It is also worth mentioning that the event had to be held at a venue with appropriate security, especially since members of the Federal government were going to attend.
I wanted to recommend to everyone that no matter where/when you are traveling to special events like the Round Table or other rallies - consider taking an inexpensive 'road trip phone', if your budget allows for it. So in the event that your phone is stolen/confiscated you do not lose everything. Load it with links/numbers/addresses like dial-a-prayer, attorneys, Congressional rep. or Freedom advocacy groups and perhaps a pre-paid cash card info.
I really wish I could attend - I was not able to get a nurse or aide to attend with me. Too much of a risk for my health, safety and liability for the nurse or aide.

You can still keep your regular cell phone, in a secure or hidden place ... but have the road trip phone for theft or confiscation. :-) You may even consider taking a Road Trip phone into the conference with you.
No, there are no family members who want to help me. Unfortunately they are amongst the believers that the government can do no wrong - Jade Helm, FEMA Camps and harmful vaccines are merely myths to them. I can't even get them into making preparations for emergency situations for food, first aid, and water.

I was not able to attend the Round Table Conference - I'm anxiously awaiting for an update from Going Rogue.
(can't reply to Morning Star so putting it here) I'm anxiously waiting too, Morning Star. I thought she'd have checked in by now. Hoping the reason she hasn't is because she's too busy with the plans they made but I also find myself wondering if she's ok and if her meeting was "interrupted" if you get my drift.

Yeah, I 'get your drift'. I've been worried about her and her family's welfare.
I hate the fact that I couldn't attend the conference. Nonetheless, even if attendance to the conference was not as much as was hoped for (last minute cancellations included), I'd hoped to have heard from her by now.

Good News!
Going Rogue sent me an email a little while ago and said that she and her family got home tonight safe and sound.
She will be posting a report soon about the Round Table Conference.
