The Senate Bill S.679 "Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act" was passed late Tuesday in the U.S. House of Representatives and sent to President Obama Friday for his signature in to an "UNCONSTITUTIONAL" law.....

Fortunately, Congressman Jeff Miller (R) of the 1st Congressional district of Florida stood firm on the Constitution & voted against this bill, as well as Florida Senator Rubio (R), Congresswoman Bachman, Congresswoman Blackburn, and Florida Congressman Col. West (R), and several other true conservatives & TEA PARTY Congressmen & Senators including 1 lone "Democrat" Congressman in the House vote lateTuesday....

HOWEVER, 95 so called "conservative" REPUBLICANS in the House voted FOR THIS "OBAMANATION" (pun intended), to SHRED the authority of Congress to approve of many of the Presidential appointments and STRIPPING Congress of their Constitutional given duty of oversight authority of Presidental governmental agency and department appointees by a vote of 261 vs 116...

The following was taken directly from the web site of Ron Paul...........Pay particular attention to the last paragraph, which I totally agree with Senator Ron Paul.  This is very dangerous and treacherous territory for a Republic whose Congress increasingly disregards the Constitution and more importantly, refuses to enforce the Constitution OR impeachable offenses by the Executive Branch.  I see Obama appointing....major... not minor officiers, by simply redefining that word, and then saying he is abiding by the Constitution.......... And, getting away with it, because Congress will not and has not and probably therefore, Will not, call his hand on it.   And so goes the Republic and those idiots called Congress and their jobs as well.   Short sighted, gutless, incompetent, socialists, (my nice words have run out) congress...except for the TEA Party, Bachman, Rubio, West, etc.  We The People at the count of 95....ain't enough....

As one can see by the vote, it was split among Republicans but unanimous among Democrats. I've emailed my Democratic Senator who voted for the bill and explained why giving power to a president that he agrees with also gives the power to presidents that he disagrees with (and thus, his vote was short sighted).

I read bill (deplorable) but I'm not doing something right to find the individual votes, can someone head me in the right direction? (I admit I'm not real familiar with some of these gov. sites so I'm sure it's my fault!)
