Marine Sergeant Jeremy Knauff to Islamic State: You Will Learn Soon Enough of the Brotherhood of Marines

In the wake of Thursday's jihad attack on a military recruiting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee that left four United States Marines dead, one Marine says he has had enough and has gone to social media to inform the Islamic State, "You wanted attention, and yesterday, you got it. Only, you chose the wrong people to seek that attention from." He was talking about the United States Marines.

Marine Sergeant Jeremy L. Knauff, who served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for four years after graduating from high school, took to Facebook to rip the weakness of Barack Obama and how all the jihad attack has done is paint the target even bigger on those tied to the religion of pieces.

"You did not get the attention of our weak President," Knauff wrote. "He tweeted his support for your medieval holiday following your cowardly attack. You did not get the attention of our useless and corrupt Congress. They were too busy lining their pockets."

"When you attacked those four Marines, you got the attention of every one of our 186,800 active duty Marines, along with every Marine who ever served," he continued. "You just stirred up hate, discontent, and malice within a group of people who relish the idea of engaging the enemy."

Knauff, who manages Spartan Media, then wrote:

There is something you obviously don't yet know about Marines...

The brotherhood we share is stronger than the challenges we face, the weapons we master, or the enemies we destroy.

You will learn that soon though.

In pointing out the current Rules of Engagement per the Obama administration, which has gotten many of our military killed, Knauff says that isn't the way it will work when Islamists come to America.

"You see, we won't play by the rules you're accustomed to seeing," he wrote. "When you play in our backyard, we don't have to answer to any chain of command. We will not follow ridiculous ROEs crafted by a spineless bureaucrat to appease some goat herding tribal leader. And we won't be wearing uniforms so that you can easily ambush us. Nope. None of that shit."

"When you think you're walking into a target-rich environment, you're really walking into an ambush," he continued. "That pudgy, middle-aged guy wearing khakis in the mall, who unbeknownst to you, is a former 0311 and armed, will dump your sorry ass before you have a chance to scream 'allah snackbar.' And that soccer mom pushing a stroller, she's got a Glock and will happily leave you gasping in a pool of your own blood before she lets you hurt her children."

"We are here and we still have the training and experience to wage war, whether here or abroad," he added. "And wage war we will. Every one of us are willing to fight and die to protect our Marine Corps brothers and sisters, our families and friends, and our way of life."

"And we will win, because while you fight to destroy what you hate, we fight to protect what we love," he concluded. "Semper Fi!"

Indeed, I love when someone tells it like it is. There is no question that many of us have had it up to here (raises my hand way about my head) with Islamists who think they can engage in jihad without consequences.

Marine veteran Nick Powers has already put out the warning to the Islamic State: "Attack us and there will be no mercy." Knauff is just confirming that same heart and spirit, the spirit of the Marines… the spirit of America.

Semper Fi ! were you involved in Khe Sanh ?

Yes, UH 34 helicopter crew-chief/door gunner stationed at Dong Ha/Khe Sanh...Semper Fi Nam 66-67

Hey Semper Fi to you My time in the Marine Corps was all about timing I was one of the fortunate one's. In December of 1961 I went through boot camp with "The Everly Brother's" :-) Then I was stationed at Camp Pendleton for a year during that time My unit pulled out to be on the Cuban Missile Blockade but I didn't go because I was home on leave :-)  Then in '63 I went over to Okinawa and was there when J.F.K. was assassinated and when my rotation came back from Okinawa it was the last to make it back to the States the rotation behind me turned around and went to Vietnam. Once I was back here I had to have one year back here to be sent back to the Far East and that left me with (originally) 5 months but then when I was down to like 3 or 4 months is when all the Navy and Marine Corps was extended C.O.G. an extra 4 months. I was supposed to get my DD 214 in December of 1965 but didn't until April of 1966. My last duty station was Marine Corps Air Station (M.C.A.S.) Beaufort, South Carolina F-4 Phantoms and Crusaders. So hero I am not, medals "Good Conduct" and "National Defense" that's it !

Later on when you guys got out and people were calling you baby killers and throwing shit on you That really pissed me off ! When I got out I was treated like Royalty people were buying me beers and patting me on the back. The real sad and dirty part about it is that those same dirty pieces of shit that did all that to you guys are now the same S.O.B.'s that are in D.C. leading this country down the toilet ! There's a Bumper Sticker that is the truth it has a picture of Obama and it says "I put this country in the toilet vote for Hillary and she'll pull the handle" !

Army 20 years and I will stand with you

We need leaders with guts like this Marine! Praying he doesn't end up with a liberal's hate-speech crime...they can't handle the truth or proper justice, but that's exactly what we need right now!

Lord God, please bless and protect our military against the evils of this Nation and its treasonous tyrants!

It's Payback Time!

Take Back The USA:

Oh, this is good too!

I would love for the marines to step up and do what noone else will do  escort Obama and family out of the WH onto their helicopter and take them to some far off place where they will never be heard from again

Oh, my. I'm old but have the same fire in my belly. I live in a sanctuary county/city as do some of my family and now, even legally carrying, feel not to walk on our streets knowing these and other monsters are being coddled, seeing unnumbered amounts being dropped here. I'm truly one with you here. Thank you for ALL your service.

Most of the replies here seem to be from the Vietnam era people.  I guess that is understandable.  We grew up in a different time than todays youth.  Not trying to saying todays youth are all bad.  But we had fathers/uncles who served in WWII/Korea, grandfathers in WWI, these wars were viewed as justified and our men were all considered heroes.  Movies were made glorifying our troops. We have a different look on sacrifice to our country.  Some might say we are to old but who can out run a bullet??  We just need to find a way of uniting.  One or two by ourselves is no good.

Ken: now that you mention ' Nam Vets' do seem to be prolific on this site. At age 71  I certainly feel my age, but I got one good fight still in me. I think of us as the 'Old' Indian 'Dog Soldiers': find a good fight and stake ourselves down for the 'last stand'. I may not be able to move that good anymore, but I can still shoot and cover a 'Field of Fire'. I just need a leader to show me where 'Concord Green' is gonna be!

God Bless the USA and God Bless the Marines. I stand with you.

I have a USMC discharge in my files and 20+ years in the USAF.  All we uniform members of our country will not tolerate giving away to the Political clowns and the corrupt Potomac swamp rats.  When our country needed us and called us, we stepped forward and together we have never failed to defend our people and our Constitution and we never will.  Three times in my USAF days my team had to support our front line people somewhere in the world, and we were on our feet 60+ hours straight supporting the missions.  None of these support roles made the newspapers stateside, but we knew we did our level best supporting our people.  So when I hear all the crap about Killery Clinton and Bengazi. I am angry to the depths of my soul.... because those of us who have supported missions around the world cannot fathom ever not coming to the aid of our people.  We did have resources, but we were denied execution from the political clowns.

aka Grumpie OL' Vic

Powerful words and so very true. I am so proud of our Marines and all who serve to help protect our country. These pieces of garbage will get it back. And that includes our enemy Obama. God is watching and they won't get away with it.
