Obama Nominates Muslim Lawyer to Federal Court.

President Barack Obama nominated a Muslim lawyer to serve as a U.S. District Court judge, the White House announced Tuesday, which if he is confirmed would make him the first federal jurist who practices the Islamic faith.

Abid Riaz Qureshi is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School and has spent his legal career with Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington. He is a specialist in healthcare fraud, securities law and False Claims Act cases. He currently heads the firm's Pro Bono Committee, and serves on the Legal Ethics Committee of the District of Columbia Bar Association.

"I am pleased to nominate Mr. Qureshi to serve on the United States District Court bench," Obama said in the announcement. "I am confident he will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice."

Several American Muslim groups celebrated the nomination of the Pakistani immigrant, which Law.com predicted in June.

My next door neighbor has several kids in school. Our local school district is considered one of the best in Texas. Each child enrolled is issued an Apple Laptop Computer for their school work. Every day when the kids enter the class rooms, the school system automatically downloads the new and latest curriculum onto their Laptop computers. That alone is a point of concern since the parents have no idea what the school curriculum is or what they are now teaching their kids. Texas parents don't seem to be too concerned since Texas has outlawed Common-Core Curriculum. But now my neighbor has learned of another little secret that people are not being informed about. It seems that when he was asked to sign the permission statement consent forms, he actually took the time to read it first. According to that permission consent forms papers if his children turn on their school Laptop Computers at home, and if that computer accesses the Internet from a home based wifi or modem connection,,,,,,,,, THEN THE SCHOOL AND THE STATE/FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS FULL AUTHORITY TO SEARCH EVERY COMPUTER IN THE HOUSE. It is a complete override of any search warrant or right to privacy, even on your own home based computers. (Remember these kids are expected to complete home work assignments after school). Just as soon as your Son or Daughter logs onto the school network from home the school system has full authority to search EVERY computer at that home. Even YOUR's Dad. Plus: This automated search of all your computers can be done without you even knowing about it. It is all done in silence through that school Laptop PC. Anything you have accessed on your own computers is automatically recorded, every web site you accessed is traced. Your financial records if you use your computer for your accounting and banking transactions,, are ALL recorded. EVERYTHING on your home based computers is susceptible to Government scanning.

If you have school age children or Grand children and if the school provides Laptop computers for those kids, (The automated school curriculum) you better take the time to look at those parental consent forms.

They are drunk with power. What they used to do behind closed doors and in the dead of night is now being done in the open and in broad daylight. This could be their undoing, however, if people after seeing clearly what the Left is doing does nothing, they have NOONE to blame but themselves. Clinton has clearly stated she's going to advance Obamas agenda and his legacy so if people think their in better shape now than when he took office then by all means vote for Hillery, let me know how that works for um. If not then vote Trump, it's really as simple as that.
