Thanks Pat........this is another critical constitutional question. Will Harry Reid and the democrat mafia survive or will the US Constitution prevail? I hope it can be fast-tracked back to SCOTUS.

@Pat, all you say is true, however as I see it, only those interested parties online will make note of this. A small number in comparison to those that identify the MSM with truth in politics.. I fear the average Joe watches any one of the top four networks, and isn't the least bit concerned with the fact that the only information there about Mitt Romney is bad information. While the only information on those networks about Obama is good information. It is very frustrating to see the american people being duped by the media. Where is enforcement of laws set by the FCC to punish those that violate them? This is such a critical time in our history, that our future depends on.
