What Obama Is Going To Tell Your Child To Read: “His Mama, White As Whipped Cream; His Daddy, Black As Ink”

"The idea that this day of indoctrination is about encouraging children to go to school or America or anything other than pressuring children to literally worship Obama is a flat-out lie…this man is the single most dangerous psychopath (which psychiatry now considers to be a term 100% interchangeable with narcissist) in the history of this country…enough…let the revolution begin…"

Remember, the Dept. of Education expects your kids to read books on the life of Barack Obama before the monumental speech on September 8th, well here’s a look at two of the books that shall be used:

The first book is aptly titled: Barack Obama: Son of Promise, Child of Hope (pictured above)

and here is the description, direct from the Publisher’s Website:

Ever since Barack Obama was young, Hope has lived inside him. From the beaches of Hawaii to the streets of Chicago, from the jungles of Indonesia to the plains of Kenya, he has held on to Hope. Even as a boy, Barack knew he wasn’t quite like anybody else, but through his journeys he found the ability to listen to Hope and become what he was meant to be: a bridge to bring people together.

a few choice paragraphs:

His mama, white as whipped cream; his daddy, black as ink…

He was there in Chicago because he cared about these people. They were his family. People in Kenya were his family. Indonesians were his family. And no matter where he was, the world was his home. And who he was could be summed up in one word: loveable.

When Barack wasn’t studying he liked to jog along the Hudson River. He couldn’t help but notice the river of hurt and hate and history that separated blacks and whites. Being both, he could not take sides. Don’t worry, said Hope. I will be your bridge. In time you will be the bridge for others.

but that’s not all, there’s more:

When his classes came to an end, he raced to Chicago to join hands with the church, to learn new lessons: Not how to be black or white, but how to be a healer, how to change things, how to make a difference in the world.

of course, no book about Vladimir Lenin would be complete without talking about his days in the trenches as a community organizer:

The work was grueling, with stretches of failure, and puny patches of success. Door-to-door Barack went, early mornings, late nights, pleading and preaching, coaxing strangers to march together, to make life better for everyone. He worked hard as a farmer, planting the words “Yes, we can!” like seeds in spring.

but that’s not all, there’s still more good stuff:

Before Barack chased his future, he visited his past, traveling to Kenya to find his family, his father’s bones, and his own place in the circle of Africa…Finally, Barack knelt in the soil at his father’s grave, listening to the still, small voice that spoke to his heart: Go now. Fly free. Become the man you were meant to be. Live in hope.

Having gotten the blessings of his father’s spirit, Barack set forth…

Hope may be slim and beautiful, but she is no weak thing…[Barack] proved it again when all of Washington, D.C., wondered what this skinny kid with the funny name could offer a nation in need. But the hope that lived in Barack burned bright, and on the night he became a senator, everybody felt the flame.

but that’s not all! He had a date with destiny, and:

One sun-drenched day, as his wife Michelle stood by, Barack smiled on a sea of faces from Wichita to Waikiki. He saw whites and blacks, rich and poor, Christians and Muslims and Jews; he saw the ghosts of his parents, of Gramps and Toot, of Martin Luther King, Jr. and JFK. And on that special day Barack was the bridge that held them all together. “I want to be your president,” he said. “Can we make America better? Can we work together, as one?” With a single voice the crowd called out, “Yes! We can!”

And that’s just one book. I personally think we need to change the calender to BB (Before Barack) and AB (After Barack). I mean it is undeniable that the man is the second coming. But, that’s not all, let’s look at the other tome on Barack Obama for children:

Simply titled “Barack”:

let’s look at the official description from the publisher:

This is a journey that began in many places.

It began in Kansas, home of Barack’s mother. It began in Africa, home of Barack’s father. It began in Hawaii one moonlit night, the night that Barack was born.

Sometimes it was a lonely journey. Sometimes it was an enchanted journey. But throughout this most unusual ride, this boy often wondered: Who am I? Where do I belong?

And the book begins:

On the horizon, at the dawn of a new age, there appeared a man who would be the embodiment of King’s dream — a presidential candidate whose very being was a bridge that joined nations.

But before he could join nations, he had to find a spiritual home, and he did under Reverend Wright’s Leadership at Trinity:

There, swept up in the waves of their singing, with tears on his cheeks, he knew why he was there. He knew who he was and he knew where he belonged.

As celestial choirs started singing, his coming could not have had better timing for all of mankind America for:

He arrived here during a dark time in American history. All across America, people were losing their jobs, losing their houses, losing their sense of hope. Many people were tired of a war that had gone on too long. They were tired of fighting with their neighbors over politics. They were just tired.

for indeed:

Here was a man who spoke of “hope” and “change,” whose strong words lifted up the downhearted people and made them believe that the world was not beyond repair.

There you have it folks, the one we have all been waiting for, Barack Hussein Obama! To think that such drivel is aimed at 4-7 year olds makes me sick. However, what’s the adage about “catching them young”?

Remember "Hitler's Youth"? ? ?
If you forget history, you have to repeat it.
Hitler's Youth. Yes i recall reading of them. 'o'bsama is trying the sme I feel. He has NO intentions of ever leaving office.
'o' must go!!
Will da teach make da liddle churun tak a tes aftuh da speech? Nah, da jus gon pass em on up.
You are right to be concerned about this upcoming event and in what direction it could lead, however, I would have to ask restraint on this issue. I disagree with most all of this administrations policies so far but this may not be one of them. At this moment all we know is that he has requested teachers to consider certain activities to get the kids involved. I am for anything to promote getting our kids involved in the learning process and what may help them begin to take education more serious. To discuss the importance of an education is a good thing, no matter who initiates it. Everyone talks of being fair, lets be FAIR then. I read the letter to the teaching staff and I would not have had a problem with any other president, so I do not have a problem with this one getting involved......yet. I will keep my eyes and ears open to any indoctrination speech but to panic at this point is doing exactly what the liberals do. If this turns into propaganda then an outcry will be in order. I did'nt cast my vote for this man and I firmly beleive the road that he is taking us down is wrong and could severely cripple us as a nation, but i will give credit where it is due, and at the moment, I see very little wrong with a pep talk to the kids. Lets fight for the right cause.
"I am for anything to promote getting our kids involved in the learning process and what may help them begin to take education more serious."

Are you serious? ANYTHING!?

Check out Deuteronomy 18:8-14 The key word here is the word "LEARN" which in this particular care means to become used to or accustomed to!

No matter how well intended this speech of the President may be it has insidious roots!
Perhaps you were right, anything is a very broad net, so let me define it a little more precisely. Anything but beating, shooting, stabbing, forcing, abusing, definitely killing, maiming, indoctrinating, enslaving, torturing, to include water-boarding, and whatever other common sense meanings might be floating around. The definition of learn, as in learned behavior, does mean to become accustomed to, your absolutely right. I don't quite follow where your going with the concise meaning, but after putting two boys through school, both honor students, eagle scouts and all around good guys I guess they must have become accustomed to learning. When president Bush, the guy I voted for was in Florida reading and chatting with grade school students on 9/11/2001, I had no objections and I have none about this if it is only a conversation with the kids. There are a lot of things going around in cyberspace and beyond that are causing a rift that will bring this country to its knees unless we use common sense and a watchful eye. Be concerned, vigilant and steadfast, but try to be fair, even when we don't agree.
But it is the 'education' he is providing that is in question. I trust 'o'bsama not!
How close do you allow an addict with an infected needle get to your kids before you act? By the time it's done it's too late to prevent any harm. Plus it appears that Obama and his myrmidons in the NEA bypassed the State and Local Boards of Education in going directly to the Principles and Teachers to set this up. How does that go if the Dispatcher of the convoy you're ferrying safely countermands your route to save time? (Yes, I peeked at your profile. :) ) This is not a "pep-talk to the kids." It is outright indoctrination and propaganda, and is insidious. Look how many well-meaning folk are saying "what's the harm?" It rang my bell before I read Twana's post; this turned on the klaxon!
My profile is open and anyone is welcome to view it at will. I am replying only to the letter posted on the Internet for the public to view concerning what this administration has asked the teachers to review and consider implementing before and after the video. There is much to be concerned about and I understand your issues, however, I do not yet see this as an indoctrination program, yet. If I do see him coming after the kids with a needle, i will undoubtedly change my mind about this. Thank you for the heads up and may God Bless.
I talked with my sons principal and he has had many meetings about this since Wednesday. He, and many other board members and teachers around Phonix have recieved emails and phone calls. Our district has chosen to allow kids to "opt-out" and they can go to a study hall to read or study, with the note of a parents request. The one that do not opt-out can watch the speech and then will have a quick 10 to 15 minute discusion. Then, it's back to work. No big deal.
I plan to record the speech and allow my son to view it when he comes home, then we can discuss anything that he wants to talk about. This option keeps the schooling in the parents home. If it's a pep-rally, or a "Brown-shirt" indoctrination, the parent should be allowed to view it before hand.

If this were any other president, it wouldn't be a big deal. But this president is a student of Saul Alinsky and Karl Marx, with too many friends in the radical socialist neighborhood. We just do not trust him.
That sounds like the most rational idea that I have heard.
